Leonard’s place is an absolute winner. Fantastic neighborhood (extremely walkable), and having a parking space available is an absolute treat. The place itself was clean and very very comfortable. I look forward to coming back!

stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage in Manayunk. Heather is a great host: she was so helpful and very responsive to our questions. The cottage was charmingly appointed, comfy and very clean. The dedicated parking space was a big plus. Nice neighborhood, and it is an easy walk down to Main St. (but not as easy walking back, lol). We were visiting for a family event, and everyone who saw our place wanted to come back and stay there on their next trip to Philly!

We had a wonderful stay at Evelyn’s house. Everything was perfectly clean and organized, and Evelyn was a prompt communicator. Would definitely stay there again!

Meghan's place was just right for our family and our stay. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved having a hang out space in the basement with their own TV and toys! Everyone got their own room and space. It was nice to walk out and be within a short distance to the museum, the Penitentiary, parks, etc. The only downsides were steep steps from the main floor to upstairs, but Meghan had that covered with baby gates which was awesome! Peace of mind that no little ones would go up or down if in place. Parking was iffy, but we managed to get a spot not too far away. Other than that, such a lovely little home with space to spread out. We loved our stay and would book again!

We were 3 families that came in for the soccer game in Philly and Mike's place did not disappoint. There was more than enough space for our group of 9 and the kids loved everything about the house. It's a shame that we were only able to spend one night here as the kids all wanted to go back after the game. Great rental with proximity to everything you'll want to see in Philly. Thanks Mike!

The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay. From the beginning to the end we were very pleased with the accommodations that we received. Traveling with a large family isn’t always the easiest thing to do, especially when you need to check in earlier than expected. We reached out to the host and for a minimal fee we received an early check in. James is literally one of the best hosts we’ve experienced in a while. The home is conveniently located in walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants, and bistros. The next time we’re in Philly we look forward to staying there again.

This was the perfect home and location for our recent trip to Philadelphia. The neighborhood shops and restaurants are so cute and easily walkable. The surrounding neighborhood is family-friendly and well-cared for. We arrived late at night after a big storm and during a heat wave. The house was warm, but the AC units had it cool and comfortable by the time we made it back from a late dinner at King's Corner. The house was stocked with coffee and shower products. Would stay again without hesitation.

Instructions and check-in were effortless, great location, plenty of restaurants and grocery near. The apartment, quite honestly exceeded my expectations...did not disappoint...If available next visit definitely a "go to" for me.

I enjoyed my stay here 10/10. Cozy spot with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool. Friendly neighborhood. Also close by the train station which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay! This 1-room condo in Elkins Park exceeded all my expectations. The space is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway or a quick visit to the area. The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful yet close to local attractions, dining, and transportation. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Elkins Park. I’ll definitely be returning!

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb and would definitely book again. Tiona was very responsive and the place looked better than in the photos. The beds were comfy, the dining area was cute and having multiple parking spots was great.

Very great stay!!

This place was so good. Exactly like the listing. There were two things that were concerning. 1. It seems like the cleaners missed a few spots. There were single lashes on the floors. 2.The walls were very thin. The neighbors were loud and bump and ground all night and it felt like I was in bed with them. However, Jose was amazing. The location was amazing.

My friend and I really enjoyed this place! It was just what we needed, a free parking spot off the street, great amenities, and super clean! Our only complaint was two bugs we found (a cockroach and a lantern fly lol) and pulling in to the alley can be a bit of a squeeze. Oh, and we couldn’t figure out the cold water in the shower! I didn’t want to inconvenience the host with this question, but we truly tried everything and the water was soooo hot. Other than that, place was beautiful, private, and we will certainly be back!

Our family had a wonderful time at Eric's place. The layout was unique but very comfortable for hanging out together or being quiet alone. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was great for short walks to the river, but we were glad to have our car for getting to the sights of Philly. Really a lovely place, we would stay there again!

Stacie’s beautiful row home in historic Port Richmond, Philadelphia is absolutely amazing! Stacie is a wonderful host; she ensured we had everything that we needed and offered wonderful recommendations in the area. The home is beautifully appointed. It is remodeled with modern amenities, yet keeps the historic charm with the original natural wood and exposed brick walls. She has everything you need, including a back porch area to rest and enjoy drinks in the evening. There are many local eateries within walking distance that are neighborhood gems. Only a short ride to downtown/Center City for historic sightseeing, too. Stacie is a kind and gracious host who strives to ensure you’re enjoying your time and she was in constant contact to ensure everything was going well. Her home is even better, in person. It was a wonderful trip and I wish we could have stayed longer. Stacie’s place will be our go-to when we return to Philadelphia! Thank you, Stacie! :)

Urby is located in one of Philly's premiere neighborhoods. The apartment itself is cozy. The building has great amenities, places to work, a solid gym. Staff is lovely. Would definitely stay again.

A well-furnished and cozy unit! The kitchen had everything needed to cook a real meal: utensils pots, pans, even a spice rack!

My stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The space is exactly as pictured/described and the host(s) are very responsive to inquiries.

Great location and price for a quick business trip. Just enough of everything we needed. Laundry in the unit and lots of linens/toiletries in the shower. Comfortable bed (which is so important and worth all the stars.)
