Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

Välkommen till vår lägenhet om 3 rum (4+2) I nybyggda Fjällbäcken I Lindvallen Sälen. Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

I Transtrand, Vörderås, finner ni denna charmiga stuga! Här har man verkligen nära till det mesta: Kläppen (7 km), Lindvallen (9 km), Vasaloppsstarten (1,8 km) och Hemfjällstangen (5 km). Vid rätt förutsättningar har vi ski in/ski out till ett underbart längdskidspår längs älven, bort till Transtrandsbron och tillbaka. Spårlängd är ca 1, 6 km. Stugan är perfekt för det mindre sällskapet som uppskattar ett unikt boende och som inte har behov av att bo mitt i backen. Varmt välkomna till oss!

Cozy cottage on Hemfjällstangen in Sälen

Welcome to our cozy cottage! The cottage is in a quiet area, at Hemfjällstangen in Sälen. With car it takes about 15 min to Lindvallen in one direction and Kläppen in the other direction. In summer, the mountain offers nice hiking trails. Fishing and berry picking are other favorite activities for us. The cabin accommodates 6 guests. Note that the beds are open plan and that it is not separate bedrooms (see pictures). There's also a fireplace and a sauna, too. Welcome!

Fjällbäcken 16A

Welcome to our newly built (2024) and comfortable apartment in Fjällbäcken. The property offers every amenity you may need for Ski and Summer Season. You live in a quiet and peaceful environment where the whole family can relax and enjoy life. The summer months there is a Pool & Padel. Here you are close to all possible activities in Lindvallen and Sälen. Everything for big and small when it comes to skiing, biking, hiking, swimming and restaurants. Cleaning included.

Cabin in Kläppen ski in-ski out

The cottage is located in Kläppens ski area in the part called “In the middle of the piste”. Ski route to and from the cottage easily takes you down to the ski slope. The cottage consists of four apartments, and this is located on the ground floor overlooking the mountain. Access to wood-fired sauna outside the cabin (shared with the apartment next door). There is also a nice barbecue area next to the cabin.

Fristående stuga med sovloft, 73 kvm/loft 21 kvm (nybyggd 2020), i ett lugnt område med enkel åtkomst till några av kläppens längdspår. Ski in/out via transportväg om natursnön är tillräcklig. Transportlift/skidväg: 200 m till skidväg 40* 8+2 bäddar (3st 160cm och 4st 90cm breda) fördelade på 2 sovrum + sovloft Rök/Djur -fri stuga. Gästen städar själv.
