Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fistral Beach

Excellent in all ways …parking is the only challenge …there was some road work which inhibited us but it’s a challenge too find and you need to back in and park accross form the doorway a little bit towards the back on the left side facing out as you can’t turn around…it’s right accross from the shopping food center but you must loop around to get at it …excellent location and great apartment …really lovely …nicely decorated ..well worth it and great bathroom

The House is nice and modern and well kept. It is close to the town centre and the beach. Jonathan responded quickly to any messages and overall we were very happy with the stay. This was the first time that we have stayed in an Airbnb and I can recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Newquay.

Had a lovely and peaceful stay. Cheryl was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was exactly as described and what we had hoped for. Will defo go back when we can.

We had a lovely stay at The Rest! Cosy, warm and comfortable, everything we could have wanted in the heat of St Ives, highly recommend!

A nice place to stay in St Agnes and was walking distance to the beach

I would recommend staying here to everyone, beautiful place situated in the heart of Newquay a stones throw from fistral beach and it has its own parking. We loved our stay here, being close to places to eat and the beaches made it easy for us with a 2 year old. We couldn’t fault it!

Barbara's house is wonderful. It has a stunning view over Mawgan Porth beach and you can walk down to the beach via the dunes. Sitting on the balcony in the evening enjoying the view is a treat! The house itself is lovely - compact but it has everything you need. Barbara is a very responsive and helpful host. I would very happily stay again!

This was a lovely place to stay. Fabulous location with an amazing view, parking right outside and easy to walk to the beach, harbour and shops. Everything we needed for a wonderful holiday.

Loved it! Fantastic location, clean & comfortable space with a great view. Really appreciated the excellent dining recommendations as we loved the Fish House and Fort restaurants. Also liked Lost Brewery for beer and burgers. If interested in a bit of an excursion, or otherwise find yourself in the south eastern part of Cornwall, you have to check out the Hidden Hut near Truro.

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. As soon as we walked through that door we could see the beautiful sea and we were just in awe of the place. The location is 10/10, the apartment is stunning and so quiet and we didn’t really notice that we had neighbours which was lovely and made it feel private which is what we look for in a place. Cornwall as whole as well is just stunning and we HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking at it. We have found a special place and we will hopefully come back again and again. This is our happy place. We were so sad to leave as we had such a beautiful holiday. A lot of special memories made. The parking was very good, covered and easy to use, self check in is favourable, the checking in and out time is reasonable and the communication was very good. The train is so useful and we actually enjoyed watching that go by, the walking is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the views from the window and patio are amazing. The sofas and bed are very comfortable which is rare. Thank you so much.

Just had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need. It is situated right on the river in a lovely peaceful setting, with Fistral and Crantock beach within walking distance. Trenance gardens and the zoo are also close by. If you are looking for some peace and quiet and time to reflect this tranquil setting will not disappoint. There are steps to the property so may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. Nigel and Joy were excellent and responsive hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great self contained unit. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to walk to the beaches and town. Parking for larger vehicles tricky but manageable. Caroline was very kind in arranging the booking at late notice.

From start to finish our stay was absolutely amazing. The view is every bit as good as the pictures. We were there in June and the sun didn’t set until 9.30pm, drinks on the patio were a nightly thing while we watched the tide come in as the sun went down. The apartment is pretty much at the top of a reasonably steep hill, but even with my knee problems I managed to go up 2 or 3 times a day. As you walk up the hill past the Seiners Arms (great pub, good food with beautiful patio). you can see Perranporth Beach in its entirety. Absolutely stunning. The town has everything you need like a Co-Op, Launderette, pubs, restaurant, beach / surf wear shops. Things do shut down earlier than we expected (around 9pm) but it was June so not peak season yet. The apartment is spacious, you come in through the back door into a large kitchen with all the appliances etc that you’d need. 2 bedrooms, a large lounge with TV. I thoroughly recommend this place. Hannah was an exceptional host too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was perfectly fit for purpose as a family of 4 with an 8 year old and 5 year old. We had everything needed to cook on the first night and perfect opportunities to eat out on the others. There are so many beaches all within a close proximity. Absolutely great venue and the host was incredible. She was easily accessible prior to our arrival and very responsive. Couldn’t fault our stay

My daughter and I stayed for a few days and the apartment was perfect. Great location, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean, tidy and looked exactly like the photos. View was beautiful! Has everything you would need. Paul was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. We had an amazing few days in St Ives and will definitely be staying at the apartment again in the future.

Flat was nice and cosy, very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Flat was close to the beach and in an ideal location, however the neighbours were rather noisy. Apart from that, a great stay! Thank you Lucy!

We just spent a short break at Sara’s Apartment. We arrived early ours of the morning so the guidance on access etc was brilliant. The apartment was modern and laid back bohemian vibe which was really homely. It’s bigger than the photos allow. There are lots of lovely touches and everything is thought of. Walking into the lounge in the morning to the sea views was incredible, views from every angle. It’s a lovely base with lots of walking trails and access to the beach and town. Sara was very responsive to any query and was super kind and helpful. It was a perfect base for a reset and dose of vitamin sea 🌊 thank you again ✌️

We had a great time - the apartment is really spacious and comfortable, with decent beds and two large bathrooms. Everything was super easy, from parking behind the building, to check-in, and quick/helpful communication from Toni. It's a very short walk from Fistral beach, so was perfect for our surfing weekend. We'd definitely stay again!

This is a fabulous and comfortable apartment from which to explore Newquay and Cornwall. With water views, a great open plan living, dining and kitchen space and a generous bedroom, it had everything we needed for a 7 night stay. The hosts were welcoming and generous. This is one of the best bnbs we have stayed in.

Stayed for a month whilst working remotely and loved it! The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay - clear communication and check in. The wifi was strong - enough to be able to take video calls which was great. Place was super spacious and clean. Location wise, it was perfect, 10 mins walk to Fistral and only a couple of mins to main high street. Parking spot was a great plus. Absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend!

This particular apartment had a most memorable deck and view just like the picture. We cherished sitting on deck and watching the beach, waves and people every morning and evening. The cool ocean breeze was also very nice for June as the weather was heating up elsewhere in UK. I f the weather is good, guests are in for a real treat staying here. Room has everything you need and good wifi even on the deck. Would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area!
