Amazing apartment, brilliant location, great host.

Rebecca's spot in Crantock was a dreamy spot for a few days! Ideal location in Cornwall, a 10 minute drive away from Newquay and Perranporth not too far up the coast. The space had everything you could need included, a little private garden out the back and parking which was super useful. I honesty didn't want to leave! Everything was done so well, from little details to eco friendly washing up products and I couldn't recommend this spot more. Definitely a gem I will be back to soon!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this stunning apartment in the heart of Newquay! The location couldn’t be better—steps away from vibrant shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches, making it perfect for exploring. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a cozy bed to a modern kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We loved the little touches, like the welcome guide with local tips! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Newquay—can’t wait to return!

Had the most amazing time staying here, the place was luxurious. It's incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you need and more. The view from the living room is breathtaking, the pics can't do it justice enough. The bedrooms super clean and comfy bedding, slept so well. I don't have a bad word to say about the place at all, everything was above expectations, id definitely want to stay again.

One of the nicest stays I’ve had through this app. The flat was extremely cosy and well decorated, with a lovely balcony and view of the sea to finish it off! A special mention must go out to the sofa which was so so so comfy! You can be on the beach in under two minutes from this flat and there is a nice spot for drinks there as well! Overall an amazing stay and such a friendly and helpful host :)

Hollies listing was as it says. Very clear instructions with where to park, find keys and where the front door was. The place itself was immaculately clean, spacious and incredible view of the sea. Easy to walk to the beach less than 5 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone for location and everything in walking distance.

Perfect location for those who like to park up and walk everywhere. It is a short distance to the town centre, harbour and Newquay beaches, Fistral being very close. The apartment has been refurbished and decorated with incredible attention to detail. Really lovely and very spacious. Parking is private and right outside which is a real bonus. There’s lots to do in Newquay and it is a great base from which to explore Cornwall.

Beautifully clean apartment, bigger than we expected based on the photos. Well decorated and had everything we needed, including towels and bedding. Property is in an excellent location; the town, beaches and Harbour are all located within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Lisa was a brilliant host; really lovely, friendly and helpful! No onsite parking but Belmont place long stay car park was less than 1 minute walk away across the street from the property and was only £16 for the week. Dog friendly, our pup had a lovely holiday too! Amazing apartment, we had a great time and really enjoyed our trip. We would definitely book to stay again. Thank you!! :)

We absolutely loved this spot, the location was brilliant, near everything we needed and a short walk to a lovely beach and beach bar. The apartment was very clean and as described, and everything we needed was either obvious or described in the folder very well. We couldn’t have felt more at home and neither could our puppy!

Marita is a very friendly, approachable and considerate host. We stayed with our little boy (18 months) and Marita went out of her way to ensure we had the necessities for him as he was the first baby to stay here! The apartment is lovely, the stairs are a little steep inside, but we managed to get our toddler up and down! The views are brilliant and the beach is only a short walk away. We really enjoyed morning walks to the beach and taking our dogs there. The sunsets are beautiful and sitting on the balcony in the sun each evening was absolute bliss. We loved staying here and have fallen in love with Porthtowan! Thank you for being such a wonderful host, Marita! X

Second time visiting and it was just as good as the first time , we stayed for 10 nights and already want to go back . If peace and tranquility is what your looking for then this is the perfect place , great location with so many amazing destinations within 20 minutes away ( north and south coast ) . Smashing wee place with great access for walks around the area or just exploring Penryn itself and especially handy for cafes, takeaways restaurants and good pubs. It was nice to return to somewhere I'd been before and see how it had improved since 1979!

A lovely little space situated in the lower floor of the hosts' home though felt very private and has it's own entrance. The bed is comfy and bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Our hosts were so kind in offering iced water and sorting out a parasol in the garden when it was hot. A lovely location in easy reach of a lot of Western Cornwall.

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.

We had a lovely stay at Claudio’s, friendly and responsive hosts. The cottage was lovely and clean, well equipped with a small kitchenette providing the use of a hob, small oven, fridge and kettle. There were basic amenities provided such as tea, coffee, basic cooking seasonings (I.e salt and pepper) as well as shower items and women’s hygiene products. I found this to be thoughtful and making the place homely . Would definitely recommend coming here, there was parking provided at the back of the cottage and lots of local recommendations made by the hosts. Thank you for having us!

We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us - a family of 4 with 2 teens. There is so much to do on the estate - the pool and leisure area were great for rainy days. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the cafe as well as being able to hire SUPs and wetsuits. Melanie was a great host and was really flexible in letting us change our arrival day (twice!) as well as enabling an early check in. There's loads to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment with everything you need and amazing views of Newquay and the sea. The location was so central to the town centre, restaurants and the beach. a little gem.

My family of four recently stayed at Pamela’s place in Portreath and we had a blissful week in paradise! Everything about the week was great - Pamela and her family are so lovely and friendly and it truly felt like a home away from home. I booked this place especially for the amenities of the pool and hot tub and my kids (11 and 8) loved it! It was so nice to have an uncrowded swimming pool to relax at! The apartment was clean and cozy and was a great base for our week of adventures. It was nice to be able to walk 5 minutes for a morning pastry and coffee from the local bakery. It is clear from its immaculate and beautiful nature that Bassett Acre is a source of pride for Pamela and her family and they were perhaps the most gracious and friendly hosts of any place my family has stayed. We are already planning another stay next summer!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

We had a fantastic stay in Maenporth over May half term. The views were even more spectacular than the pictures. We saw dolphins in the bay one evening and spent hours with the binoculars looking at the coastline. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was stunning with all the flowers and birds. A short walk down the hill to the gorgeous beach below, meant there was always plenty to do, but it never felt too busy. Melanie was very responsive and helpful when we needed her. Overall a great holiday. Thank You
