Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Flathead Lake

Amazing view of the lake and cozy comfortable patio with tons of space for relaxing and sitting and enjoying the views! Cozy beds and clean kitchen and bathrooms. Patrick was awesome to give me a call before our arrival and communicative to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Awesome spot, would love to return!!

Absolutely loved staying here this week! Very easy access to the west side of Glacier. Also close to flathead lake. The whole house was perfect, hot tub was great after a day of hiking.

This was a peaceful little oasis. The home is charming and relaxing, just like the pictures, and SueAnn is an excellent host. It was also great for our dogs with a small fenced space and lots of access to trails. We wished we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I took our honeymoon here to do some hiking, fly fishing etc. This place was absolutely perfect. Location is wonderful, wildlife everywhere by the house (turkeys, deer etc), and incredibly clean. The views are absolutely stunning. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed it here!! We will be coming back.

The location was absolutely perfect. Our kids lived in Kalispell and we ride our bikes up to their house every day. The bike path starts at the end of your driveway! Perfect location for us.

One walks in the door... and wow... let the vacation begin! The view is truly breathtaking! This home is a true gem and was perfect for our family's gathering. With three adult daughters, one with her fiancee, and me with my husband, the four bedroom home provided plenty of private space as well as common spaces. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to make many meals in to enjoy the location. We enjoyed the BBQ grill one night as well. The dining table was perfect for meals and puzzle making. The screened porch was perfect, too. Other amenities: a dreamy lakefront hot tub, and kayaks and a paddle boat to play on the lake. We didn't take advantage of the fire pit, but firewood was available. Hal provided restaurant recommendations and we explored a few of these. We also went into the amazing Glacier National Park, which is a 90 minute enjoyable drive We would definitely love to stay here again in the future, as there is so much to explore. Thanks for this beautiful home!

Definition of hosting guest is Personified. Great example of proactive hosting. Right from booking and checking in each detail was already shared so nicely. Having been able to share such a pristine place is in itself a big thing. Only one recommendation please if possible increase the stand in shower inside a large bathroom. Also you can advertise this EV Charging facility to get more clients which is such a plus point to have. I woke up each morning with my Tesla fully charged and enjoyed North, West and East GNP. Thank you !!

We have stayed at the Bungalow multiple times and always enjoyed our stays. The kitchen is easy to cook in and the furniture is comfortable. It's nice having easy laundry access. Patricia is a responsive host. Works well for our family!

Brett and Andrea’s place is truly a hidden gem—peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were plenty of cozy blankets and pillows, ideal for unwinding and watching a movie. If we find ourselves back in the area, we would absolutely stay here again!

Whitefish lake and the downtown are a fantastic place to spend time while visiting Glacier National. Crystal made very good suggestions for everything we were interested in. we cannot wait to visit again, and stay longer.

Great place to stay with access to so many things to do. Dan recommended great places to see the sights in addition to our bucket list. Loved drive to Polebridge with the stop at Home Ranch Bottoms for smash burgers on the way. Buffalo Cafe in Whitefish, Lake Koocanusa & Kootenai Falls & suspension bridge, family loop trail at Holbrook Overlook. All in addition to Glacier National Park. AMAZING location for a home base to do it all. Thanks Dan!

It was a wonderful four night stay. The location was pretty convenient for accessing most places around Glacier Park(Kalispell, whitefish, Pulson etc). Also Bigfork itself is right next to amazingly beautiful Flathead Lake too. Hidden Retreat is located in a peaceful, quiet environment so we could also get great rest everyday after touring the area. We can tell that Nancy put her heart into everything in this home. It was very clean, It has everything that travelers need. Montana is one of the most beautiful states in the U.S. if not THE most. Also this vacation home would be one of the best places, if not the best to stay while there. Highly recommend for Montana travelers :)

The apartment was as described. Just lovely and cosy - and clean. It was a quiet area, and quick drive to local restaurants (can recommend Desoto Grill !!) and shops. Michelle had thought of everything to make you feel welcome, with chocolates on the pillow and snacks for after hiking. It was very clean and everything was new. The only thing I’d mention is it was a 3 hour drive to the Grinnell Glacier trailhead, so a very early morning that day. I’d stay again just for the massage chair

Kirk was an amazing host! Genuine and friendly, he went above and beyond and gave us a plate of shrimp and asparagus with a glass of wine from his family barbecue. This is the first time in our 10 years on Airbnb that a host has done this for us. We wish we could have stayed longer in the beautiful place!

Great stay with the family. Responsive host. Comfy beds. For those of you staying in the dead of summer, follow instructions on how to keep upstairs cool. I stayed in June so it wasn’t that bad. For folks wanting to cook outside, buy lighter fluid and charcoal at the grocery nearby. Charcoal grill works just fine. Firepit is great but as the host noted you’ll need firewood. We rented a 21’ pontoon from the host-recommended Big Fork Rentals and had it delivered at Echo Lake.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was beautiful and so close to Glacier. The place was clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids loved the lounge area. Michelle was quick to respond.

The fellas and I were up this way again for work, and although the work-day ran well over and into the night, we did enjoy our evening at the cabin immensely! - which of course included time around the fire together! On that note, I want folks to consider that nature is indeed encoded with information (by The Creator, like any design), and with this perspective in mind, is it any wonder that fire itself is still one of the most magnificent, ancient forces to this very day? Not only is fire a practical and necessary element for the living, but it is also a symbol that naturally causes most of us to pause and reflect on the very meaning of life :-) Aside from my take on life, I will simply say that this place is blessed and that I very much appreciated the many gifts that I discovered during my short stay - excited for future plans! Magical spot, and we definitely hope to return. Nothing lacking! Calm, sweet but spacious and endlessly comfortable.

Great little cabin 😊 we did the ski lift at big mountain, had some huckleberry pie on the way in, and enjoyed the corn hole. Great if you’re exploring glacier or taking a day off.

My favorite AirBnb stay by far!!! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! The Chickadee Cabin is so cozy and comfortable. I appreciated all the dog amenities, since I enjoy traveling with my dogs. Carmen had great local recommendations for hiking and everything else. She is also so kind and friendly, even helping my elderly dog with some medicine. I would go back in a heartbeat. Loved this area of Montana and highly recommend the Chickadee Cabin!!!
