Holiday rentals with beach access in Fleming

Un peu éloigné du centre d’alexandrie mais avec accès en 3 min à pieds à la plage qui est très belle. La chambre est propre et très confortable. Le logement est un vrai havre de paix avec beaucoup de verdure, une piscine, une table de ping-pong… excellent rapport qualité prix - je recommande !

Mohamed’s place was very well appointed, Central location, clean , quiet and furnished well, very safe and more importantly Mohamed’s communication he is really proactive and always provides information before you need it, great host.

Nice appartment in the middle of everything, just right in the front of the mediterrainian sea. If you like it silent, there is direct the main street in front of the balcony, so always something happening. Otherwise, good appartment and worth the money.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and with a spectacular sea view from every room. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. Kareem was an outstanding host—super friendly and helpful. We needed an iron for a meeting, and he brought one over within minutes. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Alexandria!

I had a wonderful experience at the villa. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Besides that, Meena is a very helpful and welcoming host and would definitely recommend anyone visiting Alexandria to stay at that place!

Fantastic place , and great location right on the beach. Charming views of All Alexandria beach . Private entrance and two lifts make it very easy to get in and out. All types of restaurants are very close and shopping centers . In this place you will be in center of Alexandria which you can go anywhere with local taxi , and uber . Mr Amr is great and friendly and has a great communication. We have been welcomed and felt at home. I do recommend Mr Amr apartment for anyone looking for great place to enjoy Alexandria. We will book it again . Thanks so much Mr Amr , it is was great seeing you.

Couldnt fault this apartment or the host, i highly recommend this and would happily stay again. Close to beach and shops. The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable,was sad to go home. Nader was very welcoming and was always on call should you need anything.

Wenn wir 10 Sterne geben könnten würden wir dies tun. Eine richtig tolle Airbnb Erfahrung. Achmed ist äußerst professionell, jederzeit gut erreichbar, proaktiv und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar früher in die Unterkunft und auch länger bleiben. Es sind nur 2 Minuten Fußweg zum wunderschönen Strand. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und ist zudem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Dekoration, die der Wohnung einen persönlichen Charakter verleiht. Das Internet ist hervorragend, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist total bequem. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung jederzeit weiter auch für Langzeitaufenthalte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. The location is excellent, in a quiet and beautiful area. The apartment was very warm, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Moataz is a very respectful and helpful host, always responsive and supportive. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend staying at his place.

Overall it was a great experience, we spent a night there and it was very convenient. The host adjusted very well to our check-in time needs. The house was clean and ready to welcome us, with an amazing view. Some basic amenities were missing, like towels, soap and tissues, but that was just a minor inconvenience.

Great location and a great condominium. Will definitely come back when in Alexandria.
