We recently stayed at this beautiful villa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The highlight of our trip was definitely the backyard, which was everything we hoped for and more. Our family loved spending time cooking together and enjoying the swimming pool. I also want to give a special shout out to Amr. When we got lost on our way to the Villa, he was incredibly helpful and guided us. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

My Family and I really enjoyed our time there, the pool and the garden are just amazing. Asal also made sure that we have full privacy and we can ask the guard for help if needed. Will definitely come back to this beautiful Villa when I am back to Egypt 😇

My family and I had a wonderful stay - walking to the beach for our kids to play and watch the sunset, plunging into the pool, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was a lovely escape from Cairo and close enough to pop over to Alex for some sight seeing.

We are so so grateful for Yasmine and her beautiful house…. this was one of the best vacations we have ever had and I can’t dream up a more beautiful location. Everything about our stay was perfect. Yasmine was always so helpful and if we had any problems, she took care of everything immediately. When we left, it felt like she was a friend instead of just an owner of the house. THANK YOU!!

The seamless check-in and the warm hospitality and everything in between, would make this my go to place in Alex. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the Corniche, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment was incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. What truly set this place apart was the host's attention to detail. They provided loads of thoughtful touches.

It is a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean. It’s a great location, within walking distance of many good restaurants at the Gleem. The apartment is quiet, on the top floor (12) of the building. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. The living room is spacious with a Greek decor. It has one large bedroom with sea view and one small bedroom. There is a great balcony overlooking the sea. Nehal is a gracious, accommodating host who makes her guests feel at home.

Mr Hisham and the team working ( janitor and his wife) at the apartment were extremely professional, kind, helpful, highly and fast responsive and respectful to all my needs. Mr Hisham fixed the wifi with a remarkable speed. The janitor’s wife responded to my concerns (e. g. hot water, elevator ) in a very responsible fashion. This team at the apartment building are very sincere and caring. Any guest will be very well taken care of. Mr Hisham even went far and beyond by helping bring me a transfer to the bus station. I recommend this apartment and family to any guest.

There was some miscommunication. However, things got better after we did communicate. The place is a piece of heaven. Beautiful view, naah, the place has unbelievable views of the mediterranean sea. Sameh is a great host, and may God bliss his place. I am still dreaming of the balacony views, where my friends and I spent most of our time. I have used AirBnB for almost 18 years, and I usually do not leave any reviews, neither positive or negative, however, I felt I had to let my AirBnB friends who love to travel know that Sameh's place is the best place I have ever stayed at. If you're reading my review, please, book with Sameh, if you want to stay at a place that would remind you of heaven :)

The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos — super clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Moataz was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, and he kindly arranged for an early check-in so we could enjoy the full first day. Highly recommended!

Couldnt fault this apartment or the host, i highly recommend this and would happily stay again. Close to beach and shops. The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable,was sad to go home. Nader was very welcoming and was always on call should you need anything.

Mostafa’s place was very nice and conveniently located. Mostafa himself was always responsive whether 10 in the morning or 2 at night.

Very cozy and clean place and very close to the beach. Highly recommended if you’d like to take a perfect break.
