My stay here was lovely. It had everything I needed for the week. The place was clean and comfortable. The area felt safe to walk my dog and there were so many food options nearby. Thank you Adeola for hosting and accommodating me and my dog!

Was a nice trip with family, Jonathan and Jerry was very hospitality and friendly, even noticed me when I left my ear puds in the apartment.

This unit is very well thought out, extremely cozy and feels like you’re right at home. They have added many little touches to the unit that add not only character but comfortability. The host is attentive & will answer any questions you may have promptly, they are accommodating as well. This property also has a wonderful rooftop which provides surreal views of the vast Philadelphia skyline. Overall, a wonderful choice to select :)

Diane was a great host. The spot was a short uber ride into New Hope and Lambertville. While it was tucked away, the instructions were perfect, so I didn’t have trouble finding it. And I had no trouble getting inside. The apartment was spacious, very clean and peaceful with beautiful views.

Great time, I came here with my family to stay outside of NYC and just take the train in. First of all, the location? So close to the train station, and the place was so cute. All the instructions were straightforward, reasonable, and it was a good time I didn’t feel the need to reach out too much except for a few things. And even for my silly questions he responded so fast and was so nice! Definitely worth 💕

We enjoyed our couple days at Nilmaras place!! While we were there it was pretty quiet and a dead end street. Parking in the driveway was great since that street can get pretty busy.

This place was cozy, clean, and felt just like home. It’s in a great location—within walking distance of plenty of delicious local restaurants and fun activities. We loved how easy it was to explore the area without needing to drive. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay that’s close to food, attractions, and also a short drive to hiking and other things to do in the Poconos, this is a perfect choice!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, spacious loft just off George Street in New Brunswick. It was our first time back in the area in many years, and as Rutgers alumni, it felt great to be so close to everything - campus, restaurants, and all the downtown spots we remembered. The space was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well-located. The hosts were very responsive and made everything seamless. A perfect mix of nostalgia and fun, highly recommend for anyone visiting New Brunswick!

The place was beautiful! Loved the design and decor, including bathroom art. You felt at home and it had everything you needed! The terraces were wonderful!! You had no need to go anywhere, but of course Princeton is a historical and fun place to enjoy walks, in town and nearby parks. Great diverse food choices in nearby restaurants!! Can’t wait to return!!

We love the place. My wife and I my son came and looked at it and said it was also an awesome part of history how they refurbished a barn from the 1800 into a beautiful meat looking a historic place to stay very comfortable very roomy everything you would want or need

Great little apartment when I was in town for work for the week. Ceilings are definitely low so tall people be warned!

I STAY IN TOWN FREQUENTLY FOR WORK AND MY SISTER AND HER HUSBAND WANTED TO MEET UP SINCE THEY TOO WERE IN TOWN. THEY NEEDED A DOG FRIENDLY PLACE AND I GOT THEM A NIGHT AT PATRICIAS FOR AN ANNIVERSARY PRESENT. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT SEE THE PROPERTY THEY WERE VERY HAPPY AND MENTIONED HOW GREAT THE PLACE WAS. CLEAN COMFORTABLE AND PERFECT FOR THEIR NEEDS. I WILL PROBABLY TRY TO STAY HERE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and great location. It was an easy walk to train station and lots of great restaurants nearby. Host was very friendly and helpful. Washer and drier and nice and big too!

This location is as advertised and we had a great stay. Very convenient location with loads to do / eat. Similar to another guest's review, we are not able to enjoy the beautiful bathtub (not even to just soak our tired feet after a full day of walking) as water pressure is weak/ very slow. Other than this one minor issue, the unit is great with good amenities and would love to stay again. Never once did I have to Uber - everything is done via public transport with very convenient options.

A charming apartment in a cool building up at the quiet end of Broadway. Race Street shops and restaurants are also an easy walk away. The place has character (fabulous art) and was a clean as could be, with many thoughtful touches. The bed was comfortable, and the shower (though small) had great water pressure and the whirlpool tub is a nice, relaxing feature after a hike or bike. Many good restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the lake is just a few minutes drive away and has a very nice beach. Many things in town are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, just be aware. Great stay, exactly as advertised. Host had many great suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Celebrated my 1 year anniversary here and it was lovely! The decorations were beautiful and I absolutely loved our custom wine bottle! Thank you so much Shaquannah for everything! 😊❤️✨
