Argeliers is 20 minutes from Minerve, 25-30 minutes from Narbonne and Béziers, about 35 km from the beaches, 45-50 minutes from Carcassonne, 1 hour 15 minutes from Montpellier and 1 hour 45 minutes from Toulouse.

Ce pavillon comporte une belle terrasse close et arborée d'environ 19m² orientée Sud/Est, dans un secteur calme. Ce pavillon est dans une résidence à 600m de la plage et des commerces.

Here the smells of thyme and rosemary descend from the cliff by summer scent and the song of cicadas accompanies you during your wanderings.

This is my main residence, there are some things of mine but I leave a water jug, coffee maker.
