Διαθέτει μπαλκονόπορτα ασφαλείας με κλειδαριά, σίτες και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στη νήσο Πρώτη. Η σουίτα είναι το ένα απο τα δυο μέρη της μονοκατοικίας, τα οποία είναι προς ενοικίαση. Είναι κατάλληλο για 2 άτομα και 1 βρέφος (δωρεάν σε παρκορεβατο)

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.

The house is sunny and spacious,has a double bed as well as a sofa bed so it can accommodate a family with 2 children. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils. In the city of Gargaliano there is a center of health, pharmacy and many shops that the visitor can find everything.
