Beach apartment holiday rentals in Florianópolis

Our stay was wonderful, the apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped, excellent location and has a tremendous view. Close to everything, supermarkets, shops and the beach. Francis and Katy welcomed us very kindly. We certainly enjoyed our stay to the fullest. 100% recommended! We are very convinced that we will return!

Excellent value for money, very good apartment, extremely satisfactory stay. The only negative point is that it does not have sheets, pillowcases and towels for the accommodation.

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

Literally the best Airbnb I have ever been in my life. I felt completely at home. Super comfortable, cozy, surrounded by nature, and obviously a lot of attention and affection were used in decorating the house, beautiful plants, wonderful bathroom, tasty room, and overall great. The accommodation is perfect, very close to the beach, well-equipped condominium, very well-equipped apartment, with a barbecue on the balcony, kitchen utensils and everything that is necessary for the stay, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment! Just like the photos, it had everything we needed for our stay, ample apartment and interesting decoration from various locations around the world. Comfortable bed, great shower. Condomínio show with super practical private deck to reach the beach. Wesley answers promptly and provided clear and practical instructions/information for check-in and for our stay. I recommend it!

Really nice place. Sober of the other complexes of the area. It has excellent service on the beach. It has restaurant where to order for lunch or drinks/drinks. The pool is excellent. The complex has security and exit to the beach. Let's go back. We loved the Catholic images in the apartment From the Blessed Virgin to the Bible on the table or the rosaries in the rooms.

The apartment and complex are exceptional, I was with my family during March 2025 and we had a great time. From the time of booking until we retired they were always in touch, very attentive to needs, highlighted the human quality. The apartment was all equipped just as described, I have to recognize that my expectations were suddenly. The amenities of the complex are a plus to keep in mind to enjoy. Highly recommended and thank you for everything Natanael and Tiago.

Everything was perfect and Jhonson always answered our questions and solved our concerns immediately. The house is on the beach in a prime location in Ingleses.

Morgana and Katiucia are definitely super hosts! They were available for the entire stay and helped me with extra requests. The place is also very good, large, comfortable, great direct access to the beach and with all the necessary items for a long stay, which was my case. The only point I didn't like very much was the noise of vehicles passing on the street. But that was something more personal from me. My family didn't even bother.

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

Luciano is a great host and the place is wonderful. Super close to beach and has all amenities including outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, amazing sauna an even restaurant inside of the condominium. The food and service was super great. The best touch was the view from Luciano place, right onto the ocean. The apartment is located facing the East and you can see the sunrise everyday. Very beautiful! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside every day just to enjoy the view.
