Holiday rentals with beach access in Florianópolis

The apartment is perfect . Everything was new and working and accommodated us very well. Spacious and functional, it has everything we need for a good stay . The building is also very organized. Super attentive hosts answer questions super fast. We want to come back.

It was a wonderful stay. Very cozy flat, with everything you need for a comfortable stay and close to all the amenities of Canasvieiras and also easy to go to other regions. Liana was very kind and attentive and also flexible with checkout. Nei was extremely kind and solicited on our arrival and departure. Returning to Canasvieiras, we will certainly stay in Liana's apartment.

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives you surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and a very good air conditioner.

Great place to stay! You feel at home, it has everything you need to have a perfect stay. The entrance is beautiful, it has a Paraguayan hammock, chairs and refrigerator to take to the beach, cleaning supplies, an armchair and a TV table to enjoy during the night, the kitchen very well equipped, it had two blenders, coffee maker, electric pava and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is very clean and complete. The only thing uncomfortable was the sleeping mattress, the rest is very good! It is a small place but for two people it is ideal, do not worry about the space because everything is perfectly accommodated! The neighborhood is quiet, you can walk, we prefer to use uber, but a few blocks away there is an avenue with several businesses, restaurants and an excellent hypermarket. The beach can also be reached by walking. It was a pleasure staying in this house, and it's definitely a place to recommend!

I will definitely come back more often, cozy apartment, clean and with a spectacular view! It was wonderful to sleep with the sound of the waves and with such a comfortable bed!

Carlos is very kind and willing to help. It allowed us to check in earlier. The dpto is much nicer than the photos, beautiful decor and the complex very complete. Very close to la.playa. The mercadito 24hrs has muyyy good prices and accept pix. Breakfast in Beto very rich. Very grateful to Carlos. Wonderful stay 🥰

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very welcoming, the space is private, the view is really wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other routes that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. Izair was very attentive, the same house as the photos the whole impeccable house, beach is practically private house and foot in the sand, super quiet the children loved super calm sea worth well worth We will definitely go back.

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Thanks for everything Amadeu - incredible host!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. A quiet condominium, with a whole infrastructure such as swimming pool, fitness center, playground and playground. We highly recommend! Thank you, team! See you soon.

We were with the whole family, a great place, near the beach and the store.

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

New, cozy, well-decorated, clean, very well-located apartment with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. I recommend it. The host Gabriela is uniquely attentive to guests, always attentive and available to help with whatever is needed. Anyway, when I return to Florianópolis to stay in Campeche, I already have the right address.

Very well located apartment by the sea, close to restaurants and bars and with a market right in front. Excellent place. I was able to work and travel as planned! A beautiful view of the beach and the sunrise, I slept and woke up to the sound of the waves!
