It has the amenities of a hotel with the flexibility of renting directly from the owner. It has several amenities, such as: heated and cold swimming pool, game room, restaurants, daily housekeeping, kids space, free Wi-Wi, beach chairs and umbrellas, among others. It has direct access to the beach, access to restaurants and supermarkets just a few meters away.

Hotel with Italian charm. Luxury studio. Side view of the ocean and the elegant Jurere Internacional. Tower 4. 4th floor. Differences: high-end sofa bed. Compatible with hotel bedding but purchased in 2024 and used only by the family. New built-in cabinet (2025) in the bathroom. Key between the anteroom (sofa bed) and the bedroom. The adjoining suite is also ours and is listed. If interested, larger families can accommodate up to 8 people. Check availability.
