Holiday rentals with a patio in Floridia

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient and central to all the shops and restaurants. Don’t miss out on the amazing view from the balcony!

This is a wonderful location and spade. The host has three separate units in the same place so this is excellent for a group of people travelling together like us. We had rented 2 of the three spaces. There is a lovely outdoor living space where we would meeting in the evenings Our first night we did have an issue with the hot water but the host responded immediately and it was fixed promptly. Host gifted us beautiful desserts to make up for the inconvenience. The space itself is modern, functional and clean. It is very comfortable and the host has paid a lot of attention to detail such a as proving umbrellas, coffee, water and snacks to get you started. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking. Bonus is the nice cafe right at the entrance of the suite and you can easily grant coffee or an apertivo. The location is a 15 min walk to Ortega/ downtown Siracusa. I recommend this space and I hope to stay in it again in the future.

Margherita was a lovely host, welcoming and warm hearted! She had great recommendations for us regarding where to eat and what to visit in the area. The cottage is located in a very quiet area, you have a beautiful view while having breakfast outside. It has everything you need!

Andrea's home was great ! The apartment was very cute with two beautiful bedrooms with large french doors and two balconies overlooking the street below. The location was amazing and walkable to all coffee shops, restaurants, and historic Ortigia.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour de deux mois dans cet appartement idéalement situé en Sicile. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur l'Etna et se trouve à quelques pas seulement du bord de mer. La communication avec le propriétaire a été parfaite dès le début : réactivité, disponibilité et gentillesse ont rendu l'expérience très agréable. Pour un séjour prolongé, les équipements sont impeccables, notamment la présence d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge, très pratiques au quotidien. Le logement dispose également d'un grand écran TV dans le salon, ainsi qu'une télévision supplémentaire dans la chambre, pour un confort optimal. Enfin, le parking privé sécurisé est un vrai plus, permettant de garer la voiture en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour sa qualité, son emplacement privilégié et l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Merci pour cette belle expérience en Sicile !

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lilibeth Houses in Scicli — it was everything we hoped for and more. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything you could possibly need, from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after exploring the area. The interiors are tastefully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — ideal after a warm Sicilian day. Scicli is full of charm, history, and beautiful baroque architecture. There are many fantastic restaurants nearby — we had some of the best meals of our trip here! A special thanks to our host, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering plenty of great local tips and always quick to respond. We left feeling recharged and full of appreciation for both the house and the area. We would happily return!

It was a little gem in beautiful Scicli! Away from the centre, in a secluded little street where cars were not allowed. Beautiful scenery in front of us, peaceful and only 10 minutes walking from everything. The house was clean and very sweetly decorated. Chiara was a great host, answered to every question very quickly and gave us some useful information.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft zu viert mit einem 3jährigen Kind sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Strand direkt hinter dem Haus, die Steilküste und einige andere Strände in Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar - einfach wunderschön! Es war so ruhig und sicher, die Lage perfekt zum entspannen ohne viel Trubel anderer Touristen! Jedoch unbedingt an ausreichend Mückenschutz denken 😉

Fijne locatie, heerlijk in ‘the middle of nowhere’, met een fijn zwembad. Appartement is prima en gezellig en middels airco goed koel te houden. Keukengerei is simpel maar voldoet. Iets betere kwaliteit en grotere pannetjes zou beter omdat ze nu gevaarlijk heet worden.

We arrived later than planned, but that was no problem for Elisa. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful tips for restaurants in the area and even reserved a table for us late at night in a nearby restaurant. Throughout our stay, she remained easily reachable and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The accommodation was well-kept, modern and clean. We appreciated having access to a secure, enclosed parking area—just a one-minute walk from the Airbnb. It’s situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a short stroll from the beach, which was a real highlight for us. A nice bonus: the Airbnb also had a beach umbrella that we could take with us to the beach. In our opinion, a rental car is a must, as public transport options seemed quite limited and the shops were about 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Elisa as a host! We would come back anytime!

Paolo foi ágil na comunicação, fizemos a reserva para duas noites na véspera. Isabella nos recebeu para deixar nossa bagagem antes do check in, o que nos ajudou bastante em nossos passeios por Siracusa. A casa tem tudo o que gostamos de encontrar em uma locação no Airbnb. Outros proprietários deveriam aprender com Paolo e Isabella como deve ser uma casa para locação. É fácil de estacionar a poucos metros da casa.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub am Meer – wir kommen 2026 wieder! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem perfekt gelegenen Ferienhaus direkt am Strand. Das Haus ist nicht nur stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sondern bietet auch einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer – einfach ideal für Erholung und Entspannung. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Salvatore und seine Frau, die uns vor Ort so herzlich empfangen und betreut haben. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen im Jahr 2026 – bis bald! 🌊☀️🏡

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

Fantastic stay! Everything was exactly as described. The place is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need while being away from home. The location is perfect for going to the market, touring the city and there are delicious food options everywhere. We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back!

Vi havde otte rigtig skønne dage i lejligheden! Vi kan kun anbefale at bo der, og vi kommer meget gerne igen! Den er helt, som man kan se på billederne. Tagterrassen er helt privat, og den er virkelig skøn og en stor luksus. Lejligheden er godt indrettet, og der er alt, hvad man har brug for. Og en stor luksus at have udsigt til vandet fra badet. Værten var nem at kommunikere med og fleksibel. Man skal kunne gå på trapper for at kunne bo i lejligheden. Placeringen var også fin ift. Ortigia, der var fem-syv minutter derned. Vi ankom med toget, og lejligheden ligger to-tre minutter fra stationen, hvilket var helt perfekt. Vi spiste is hver dag på et lille lokale is-sted, der ligger 200 meter fra lejligheden; Viola Gelateria.

Our host came out to help us find the location that overlooks the amazing Ortigia market (omg those sandwiches!!!) and has a sea view. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Bustling by day, quiet at night, our family of 4, 2 kids ages 7&9, absolutely loved this 2 bed 2 bath condo. Parking in a lot nearby was easy. Host gave incredible recommendations, was instantly responsive and so kind - even recommending options for our kids. Felt like home, would stay again and highly recommend!

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at Salvo and his parents place. After exploring the beautiful surrounding towns, we were able to spend time in the garden or cool off in the sea, to which there is direct access. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. An ideal place for a quiet vacation in Sicily.

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

Sabina was a pleasure to deal with! The residence is as described-very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is well-equipped with all that is needed and then some. The location is just outside of Ortigia. This is perfect as you can experience some of the local atmosphere yet you are only a 15 minute walk to Ortigia. Check in was seamless and Sabina addressed all of our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend to all who are considering a stay in Siracusa.
