The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. Welcome to the Casa nel Vitigno - Aurora, located in the beautiful Modolo in Sardinia! Aurora is one of the 3 separate apartments that make up the estate and can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a holiday surrounded by nature. The jewel of the estate is our swimming pool, shared between the apartments, where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation by cooling off in its waters or sunbathing in our outdoor relaxation area.

Casa Machiavelli

Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

"La Pinna 2" is an independent apartment, on the first floor of a recently built private house equipped with all comforts, ideal for families. Just 10 minutes by car from Bosa Marina with a golden sandy beach, one kilometer long that immerses itself in a sea with emerald green shades alternating with blue, with a sandy seabed that slopes gently towards the sea.
