Great place! Was a wonderful home base for a fun girls’ weekend.

Cute place 30 minutes from downtown and UVA! A scenic drive with lots of wineries on the way. Awesome alternative to expensive hotel costs for a concert at the JPJ!

Place is exactly as promoted and Ryan is an excellent host and communicator. Easy access to campus and surrounding areas. Should be noted the mattresses are very comfortable and he is not stingy on the linens, bathroom towels, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An ideal location right in the heart of town, plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend, would look to book again on a return trip.

Kalin’s place was perfect for us while we were visiting family in the area. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. And so many little touches that made this space special. Close to many wineries and a short drive to downtown. We will definitely stay again.

My stay at Gregory's place was very special. He made us feel welcome from the beginning and his home was filled with everything a guest could need and even more. He has a strong attention to detail and personalized my stay so much that he even had healthy treats for my pets. After a long trip, it was fun to run around with my dogs in his large backyard and play with the swing. I highly recommend his place to anyone!

Beautiful home with great amenities. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking

We loved it! It’s a very nice and quiet area for a perfect weekend getaway at the lake. Of course, we were sold on the idea of having a private dock to use as well. House has plenty of space and we had a lot of fun with their different puzzles and board games available. Zack and Kate are very responsive and friendly hosts.

The house was great, like the fact that it was an older home with updated bathrooms and a great layout. Very close to UVA campus and some fine restaurants. If we come back to Charlottesville we will definitely book again.

This was a great house in a cute neighborhood which was just a short drive away to downtown Charlottesville and UVA. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and we especially loved the sunroom to hang out in. Central AC was especially appreciated on the hot summer days! If you plan to do a lot of cooking you might want to bring your own sharp knife but otherwise we had everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with all sorts of goodies as well which was an added bonus!

We loved our quick stay and it was exactly like the pictures if not better. Kelly was very accommodating and quick to respond. The home was beautiful and very well equipped and would highly recommend.

Matt was a great host and accommodating. The house was well kept and the linens and bedding were nice. The beds were very comfortable. Cupboards and drawers were all labeled so everything is easy to find. Matt thought of everything-from cotton swabs to coffee pods, everything is there. The house was in a quiet cul-de-sac but only a short distance to the downtown area and other local interests.

For a peaceful and tranquil experience, this house in Charlottesville is highly recommended. The house was immaculately clean, has a beautiful kitchen, and the outdoor amenities, including the fire pit, hot tub, and pond with fountain, provided an ideal setting to unwind after a long day exploring the wineries. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to CVille.

Perfect spot for people who plan on bringing their personal boat to Lake Anna. Condo was clean and had all the amenities including prime proximity to the marina, locally owned restaurants and shopping. Would book again in a heartbeat. Had a great time!

Absolutely perfect! I can't say enough about the condo and the host!! The condo was roomy, extremely clean, and had everything we needed and more. Sam went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we were looking for! We are already looking at reserving our next stay!

Great place in a great part of Charlottesville! Very modern & kind of funky! But spotless & easy to stay in. Issac was super responsive during check-in while we were trying to figure a few things out. Would love to go back! Highly recommended.
