In the center of Eski Foça, both in the city and quiet, within walking distance to everywhere, a registered historical stone Greek house, the host is an architect... The house was restored between 2020-2022. IMPORTANT NOTE: There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the electricity supply in Foça is irregular, so there may be air conditioning malfunctions. In the summer, service/maintenance appointments can be scheduled weeks in advance, and in the absence of service, the air conditioners are out of order. There are also fans in the rooms just in case.

Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. It offers a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 detached garden. It is 6.5 km from the center of Eskifoça. It has its own vehicle garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One of them is a large common double sink, the other two are private bathrooms belonging to the rooms. There are 4 air conditioners in our villa.
