Holiday rentals with beach access in Foinikounta

Περάσαμε τέλεια !!! Είχαμε εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού!!! Ιδανικός χώρος για οικογένεια με παιδιά αφού η θάλασσα είναι μόλις δύο βήματα!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε το επόμενο καλοκαίρι!!!

Caroline en Peter zijn ontzettend gastvrij en zorgzaam. We kregen iedere dag een vers en afwisselend ontbijt. De studio is sfeervol en voorzien van fijne en praktische extra’s. Het bed slaapt heerlijk. Caroline en Peter geven veel tips over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de omgeving. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij hen, van de prachtige tuin, de baai met strandbedden en de lekkere restaurants in de buurt. Als kanttekening kunnen we noemen dat de kookgelegenheid in de studio beperkt is en dat het kunnen beschikken over een auto wel een must is. Daarnaast zijn de wegen in de directe omgeving onverhard.

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

Geweldig verblijf gehad in zeer luxe appartement met schitterend uitzicht. Bij aankomst konden we ook nog eens genieten van zelfgemaakte tiramisu. Pylos zelf vonden we leuk, maar er zijn mooiere plaatsjes op de Peloponnesos. De omgeving is schitterend, het snorkelen in de zee en de watervallen van Polimnio waren echt supermooi. Verder genoten we erg van het kleine zwembad!!

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

We stayed for 5 days in Klaus' apartment. It is in a lovely location , with beautiful views over the sea from the balcony. It was quiet. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. The only negative is that is is situated at the end of a rather steep road. We did not have a car so the climb up was - although good exercise for our legs - maybe challenging for older people ( we are 65+). As the place is not connected to the main drainage system, the host had asked us to use the outdoor shower, which was very pleasant.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα του κυρίου Κώστα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και κοντά στην παραλία (με αμάξι). Η ησυχία σε συνδυασμό με ένα τόσο άνετο κρεβάτι συνιστούσε τον ιδανικό συνδυασμό για έναν τέλειο ύπνο (πράγμα πολύ σημαντικό για τις διακοπές). Ο κύριος Κώστας απαντούσε πάντα αμέσως στο τηλέφωνο και ήταν πάντα έτοιμος να εξυπηρετήσει!Ένα μεγάλο ατού του δωματίου ήταν κι η πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα, η οποία είχε τραπεζάκι και καρέκλες για να κάτσεις όποια στιγμή της μέρας θες και να έχεις θέα όλο τον μεσσηνιακό κόλπο! Το κόστος ήταν, τέλος, λογικό και βιώσιμο! Συνιστώ τα καταλύματα του κυρίου Κώστα και ίσως στο μέλλον το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.

Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft zu zweit mit einem Kind. Im eingezäunten Garten konnte unserer 2-Jähriger toll spielen. Es ist auch gemütlich und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Es gäbe noch so viel zu erzählen über diese Unterkunft, aber es ist alles in den anderen Bewertungen schon aufgeführt. Danke!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieterin hat sich hin und wieder nach unserem Wohl erkundigt und bei Bedarf uns Tipps gegeben. Als Willkommensgruß gab es Olivenöl und eine selbstgemachte Marmelade. Die Ruhe auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume haben wir sehr genossen. Da wir mit E-Bikes dort waren, war es für uns kein Problem nach Koroni zu fahren und die unmittelbare Gegend zu erkunden.

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

Ήταν όλα ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΑ!!!! Πάρα πολύ φιλόξενοι οι οικοδεσπότες μας! Μας περιποιήθηκαν και με το παραπάνω! Δεν μου έχει ξανατύχει σε κατάλυμα να μου ετοιμάζουν φαγητό για να μην έχω να το σκεφτώ και αυτό ειδικά την 1η μέρα! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να περάσει με την οικογένεια του ή και με την παρέα του τις διακοπές του σε αυτό το κατάλυμα. Πολύ μεγάλο σπίτι, στην κυριολεξία ιδιωτική παραλία που δεν χρειάζεται να πάρεις μαζί σου απολύτως τίποτα πέρα από την πετσέτα και το αντιηλιακό σου! Οι οικοδεσπότες πάρα πολύ διακριτικοί όταν είναι εκεί! Δεν αισθάνεσαι καθόλου την παρουσία τους! Το σπίτι που μέναμε είχε όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος στις διακοπές του! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε και σίγουρα το συστήνουμε!

We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

Het appartement is ruim, met een aparte slaapkamer met een goed bed. een fijne keuken waar alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig is. Een ruim terras met een geweldig uitzicht op zee. Het strand is 1 km van het huis en met de auto rijd je binnen 10 minuten naar goede restaurants en via een mooie route in een half uurtje naar Kardamily. Gastvrije en vriendelijke host, fijne communicatie. Kortom, alles goed!!

We enjoyed so much this beautiful house. For a family of four it was very comfortable for us. Space, comfort, great view, nice beds, warm water and wifi, it was al there. We stayed a week and the location was perfect for day trips all around Mani. Vivi and Dikeos were very kind. A great way to fall in love with Greece!

Ruhige Lage für Erholungssuchende sehr geeignet. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen. Natur pur, sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Penelope. Haus liegt in einer schönen Umgebung, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt mit Dimitrios,er ist immer für einen erreichbar und die Beschreibung zum Haus war super. Für Tavernen und Supermärkte benötigt man ein Auto, dafür wohnt man aber ganz privat und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazingly well positioned, private and super clean apartment. The bed was really comfortable and two pillows per person were provided. We loved eating our breakfast and some dinners on the private balcony overlooking the sea. Because the apartment was one big block back from the beach there was very little road noise and we were also able to park just outside. We would stay there again in a heartbeat 😍

Appartement correspondant parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, la vue de la terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié ce que Grigoris avait mis à notre disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Le logement est en hauteur et un peu en dehors du centre ville mais les distances sont vraiment raisonnables et tout peut donc se faire à pieds. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement.

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was wonderful (7 days). Maria and Konstantina were super proactive and nice in the communication. They gave us great tips for the area. And when something was broken, they immediately had it fixed. The apartment was super clean, is well equipped, the master bed was super comfortable and the location is right by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace in the morning and the cat family from the neighbourhood. 100% recommendation!

We very much enjoyed our stay at GoldenNest. Located in a family oriented neighborhood, and walkable to all major must see sights. Another perk if you have kids, is a large park with various playgrounds and cafes less than a 2 minute walk away. An excellent bakery is also just down the road with great coffee and baked goods to help start your day. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with multiple balconies throughout, laundry, and lots of hot water if you are multiple people. Parking is also very convenient with a private spot just outside the entry doors. The charm of our stay was the host. Eleni is an amazing person who will go to all lengths to ensure you enjoy your stay. Very responsive, communicative, and kind. We are very much looking forward to staying here again, hopefully sooner than later.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

Die Tage in eurem wunderschönen Apartment haben wir sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt: gemütlich, geschmackvoll und voller liebevoller Details. Der grosse Garten und die üppige Frühlingsvegetation waren eine Wohltat für die Seele. Danke Andy und Zein für eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die perfekte Auszeit, die wir hier erleben durften. Es war ein kleines Paradies, in dem wir Ruhe, Natur und Genuss gefunden haben.
