This is the only spot you need to look at in Fairhope. The best location bar none. Amazing balcony to experience everything Fairhope has to offer. What a lovely spot! We’ll be back.

I was very hesitant on my decision on hotel accommodations for me and my son’s vacation/ travel baseball Gulf Shores tournament 2025 in Foley, AL. I saw this low key, off in the cut (off the main road of Gulf Shores Pkwy) CONDO, I instantly book my week long trip. This location was perfect for several reasons, 1- Publix is right across the street, I could have walked there. 2- Location was close to beach 3- Condo was luxury feeling and had all the essentials, appliances, and accessories for kitchen, washer and dryer, and bathrooms. 4- Community owners were friendly, but minded their own business. 5- The photos matched the Airbnb accommodation, and then some. When you come to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, book this condo to feel safe, convenient, and comfortable with your stay as you spend time in the Gulf Shores Community. Thank you John!!! For being an honest person with your properties! I will definitely be returning every year for all our baseball tournaments.

We loved the beach theme and colors. It was in a great location and we never had to go too far to reach our destination. It was very clean and quiet, and had everything we needed for a great trip. Our family had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to friends and family! It had everything we needed, and I mean EVERYTHING! It is a great location close to grocery stores, gyms, the outlet mall, and not far from the beach. Ruth Ann’s place is clean and comfortable, exactly what I anticipated. Thanks Ruth Ann!!

I loved Jays place! It was so convenient and so close to all the restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We also loved using the gym and hot tub. They even went out of their way to help us get a package delivered to our airbnb that we forgot at home. 10/10 must stay

Enjoyed our stay! Already re-booked for next year. Would have liked to have had more that 3 rolls of toilet paper and a couple more trash bags, otherwise it was pretty well stocked.

Everything was perfect !! Couldn’t have asked for better host’s !! Unit was very clean and very inviting. Everything was spotless and felt homey . The coffee bar was awesome !! Felt right at home !

Sandi and Chris have a great place for work travel or vacationing. They do an amazing job of hosting with no glitches. I am so pleased with my stay and will definitely be back!

Wow! Our stay at this house was nothing short of amazing! The brand-new property was super clean and provided ample space for our group of six adults and five children. The pool was a perfect hit with our grandchildren, ranging in age from 10 to 3 years old. They had a blast splashing around and enjoying the water. The beach being just a short walk away added to the convenience and fun of our trip. We were also incredibly thankful for the corner plaza market, which had everything we needed - a restaurant, a seafood market, an ice cream stand, and of course, a small market for any essentials. Joel was exceptional in his responsiveness to all our communications, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. This place truly knocks it out of the park 100% and is absolutely perfect for families looking to have a memorable vacation. Highly recommend!

Easy to find home in quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, shops and OWA. Just ten miles to Gulf Shores. Plenty of beds and linens. Well-equipped kitchen with two different coffee machines and coffee beans!

The home is just as advertised. The host communicated and made check in and check out simple. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Fairhope Staycation! We are Fairhope locals, but wanted to stay on the bay for a fun getaway. This cottage is just as described: clean, comfortable, and right on the water. We enjoyed cooking outside on the grill, and having drinks with friends on the covered pier. The house was well-equipped with the bedding and linens being especially comfortable. The house’s location was very quiet, allowing for a few restful evenings. Perfect place for a couple or four adults to enjoy the best of Mobile Bay. Just be aware that you are 15-20 minutes from downtown— what we were looking for, but may not be for everyone!

Absolutely adorable, clean, peaceful home away from home! Tammie was very communicative and helpful. It was our first time to the area and will be looking to book this lovely property again on future trips!

Such a great little place! It was just enough for a quick getaway for 2. It was quiet and convenient to all sorts of places to eat and shop and entertainment.

What an amazing house. Quiet neighborhood, nice location. We come for a graduation. This place was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Stores are 5-10 mins away. Beach is about 20-30 mins. Lots to do. Kevin was fast to respond if we needed to talk to him. Deck needs some help. Maybe update it. Some pieces were broken or about to break if you walked on them. We had to put markers on spots & move the table to feel a little safer with spots. If you want to BBQ, make sure you go fill the tank. It was empty Only thing we would have liked is more back yard activities. Big beautiful backyard & nothing to do. Maybe they will think about adding a fire pit & patio, pool/hot-tub & outdoor games. (Big TikTacToe, Chess) The rock walkway, a little dangerous. I almost fell & so did my parents. Not to safe. We took garbage out on garbage day. Washed n dried all towels & bedding, dishes cleaned n put away. Garbage to the cans. We highly recommend this house. It’s nice for a big family

Very nice place to stay in the heart of everything you want in the area. Host was very responsive and prompt in her response to questions we asked. Would recommend and will stay again

The entire stay went smoothly and they were incredibly thoughtful as well as responsive. It was a tad pricy for taste but I wouldn’t change it. There were a few dirty pans but with a light scrub they were fine.

We loved staying at the Blue Sand Dollar for our week in Gulf Shores! The condo was clean, spacious and had great beach gear we really needed! A very underrated perk were the amount of hooks in every room to hang up towels, swimsuits etc! I’m going to be spoiled now for other beach getaways!

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I were in town for a work conference, and this was the perfect place for us to stay. It was clean and well furnished with anything we may have forgotten. The small additions were very thoughtful. We will be staying next year when we return for the conference. It is conveniently located to downtown Mobile, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, and a peaceful place to relax with a great view of the bay to wind down for the evenings.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. It had a private feel but was very close to the beach and all the fun. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. There was also a storage container on the patio stocked with lots of great chairs and other stuff for the beach that we could use. The condo overall was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. All of the appliances worked smoothly. We were very close to all of the pools and hot tubs. The beach was a bit of a far walk. However, the beach was clean and the water was great. There were lots of jellyfish washing up on the shore so we didn’t get to go too deep in the water. But we still had a great time on the beach staying close to the shore. Overall the condo, the beach, the pools, and the area were amazing. We had a great time on our honeymoon and would certainly come back to stay again. Marsha was a great host. I cannot say enough great things about her and our stay overall!!!

We loved staying here. The wagon, sand toys, chairs and umbrella Alexa had for us to borrow was so appreciated! The beach was perfect and we can’t wait to go back! The book Alexa had in the condo was such a great bonus on where we should eat and go!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The couch is amazing. Beds are very comfortable, TV's and all appliances work great. The pool at the complex is spacious and kept reasonably clean. We thought things would be a bit more walkable from the location than they were, just prepare that to go to any beaches and most restaurants you will have to drive and pay $15 parking each time, unless you are willing to walk 20+ minutes in the Alabama humidity- which we were not. Easy parking, clean condo, and responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn't mind not being *close* walking distance to the beach/main street shops.
