With its own private entrance the annexe has a lower small double bed and an upper small cabin double bed which is great for little people.  The en suite bathroom has a shower, wc and basin and you will have clean towels and toiletries.  The sun room is a little gem of a place to sit and soak up the views of The English Channel and on clear days you can see France. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.
