Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Folsom

We were in town visiting family and this air bnb was a great place for my family of five to sleep. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, but it was perfect for what we needed. Would book again for our next family visit!

Had a peaceful stay! Enjoyed the ease of communication and the gorgeous surroundings.

Judy was quick to respond which made the last minute change in reservations easy! No problem with any! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Place was very comfortable. It had all cooking supplies to prepare meals. Surprise gift card waiting for us. Will definitely stay again in the area.

Overall a very nice place to stay. The home was nice and accommodated our family well. Inside of home was comfortable, clean and met all of our needs. Pros: plenty of beds, toiletries included, large kitchen with everything labeled so easy to use, great location and very responsive host. Even allowed for an extra night stay without hesitation. Would definitely stay again. Cons: exterior of home could use a bit of clean up. Although we did use the backyard pool and space, it is due for some maintenance and attention. Landscape was a bit overgrown, there were some cigarette ends lying around and one of our family members stepped on glass in a few areas. Space was still useable and as mentioned we would still return in future. Had some issues with garbage cans being full but the host was super responsive in helping troubleshoot. All in all we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to future guests. Suggestions: maybe add another large pan to kitchen and some board games to use. 😉

Olga’s place was so perfect. Like a home away from home. The kitchen was perfect for getting out to go lunches ready. And it was nice having fresh coffee every morning. The area is beautiful and green, just like living out in the country. I would stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

We needed a comfortable place for a quick overnight stop in Sacramento, and this stay was just what we were looking for. The home was quiet and cozy—perfect for resting before continuing our journey. The host was exceptionally kind and went out of their way to assist us with parking, which can be a bit limited in the area. Although we were too tired to explore the neighborhood, we appreciated the thoughtful local recommendations and hope to return someday to check them out. Thank you for being such a welcoming host! Great spot to crash for a few days! Place was as described, and the desk in the bedroom was appreciated to get some work done. Finding street parking was never an issue, especially late at night. We could hear some noise from the neighbors when the windows were open, but it wasn’t disruptive, just apartment living. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it looked reasonably stocked enough.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

This was a great stay! The apartment is right in downtown Placerville. Celia had a great guidebook on the table with local things to do and suggestions. She was also very responsive to messages and proactive about getting us the key! I do wish there was a lockbox instead of an actual key pickup. The place was just as described, comfy, cozy, clean, and in a great location. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

Excellent spot! Second time staying here and it was perfect.

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

We LOVED our stay. This condo was so clean and perfectly kept. Everything you need for the bathrooms, bedding, and kitchen. Highly recommend. Our family was very happy here and can’t wait to visit again.

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

inside of the house is nuce and cosy. outside is a bit noisy and quite far from Auburn. a car is a must.

Bobby was a very nice and response quickly. He tried so hard to accommodate an earlier check in but he got as close as he can. I’m very pleased to stay here in the home. Whenever I come back hope to stay again! Recommend to anyone to stay here! Thank you Bobby!
