Paolo was a lovely host, very responsive and available with any recommendations you might need. The apartment is in a nice location right next to the beach.

Das Mulberry House ist für zwei das perfekte Refugium. Man hält sich bei dem guten sizilianischen Wetter am meisten draußen auf, unter dem Maulbeerbaum im Schatten hat man seine Ruhe. Patricia und Salvatore sind sehr freundliche Menschen - vielen Dank für den leckeren gekühlten Wein und die Zitronen! Es gibt ein sehr bequemes Bett, die Klimaanlage hilft beim Abkühlen. Bad und Küche sind zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend! In 10 min ist man zu Fuss am Strand oder bei mehreren Restaurants an der Mole. Wir können es nur empfehlen - und wie überall auf Sizilien im Juni: Anti-Mückenmittel mitbringen.

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe's place. It offered everything we needed — and in fact, more than expected! There were sweets and coffee capsules waiting for us, and we felt so welcomed. The house is renovated, very clean and homey, and located in the historic town of Augusta — conveniently situated between Catania and Syracuse. It's a great location if you're traveling in eastern Sicily by car. The house felt a little damp at first, which I think is quite common in older European homes, but since there was air conditioning in the bedroom, it didn't bother us too much. As we traveled during the Easter holiday, finding a parking spot was a bit difficult on the first day, but from the second day on, we found a spot much closer to the house. Giuseppe is very friendly, polite, and responsive, so we had a very pleasant time during our stay.

The apartment is a light bright airy home, well appointed with pretty much everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The washing machine is available for an additional cost of €35 per week. A particular highlight of the property is the south facing veranda and pretty garden which cleverly provides both sunshine and shade at all times of the day with breathtaking sea views. The only disappointment was that the near-by swimming spot was not as described. The coast line is indeed 150m from the property but the sea is not accessable at this point. We watched some people clambering over rocks and boulders for about 200m to get to the steps down to the sea. Unfortunately this was not possible for us at our age and level of fitness. If you're young and fit it may not be a problem for you. Why 5 stars? The property is in such an idilic peaceful location. Sitting with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, on the veranda, looking out to sea, you can't help falling in love.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Cristina's apartment. It was in a perfect location in the historic core of Ortigia. Clean, modern. nicely decorated and exactly as pictured. We are also Airbnb hosts and appreciate the care and thoughtfulness of our host. She was proactive and responsive. We did not have any issues. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend staying in this place and lovely Ortigia.

Daniela et Corrado sont des hôtes incroyables. Ils multiplient les attentions et sont toujours réactifs et arrangeants en cas de problème. Le logement est très agréable et bien équipé. Le rooftop permet de profiter de belles soirées avec barbecue et vue imprenable sur la mer et sur la Petite plage de Calabernardo. Lors de notre séjour nous avons pu apprécier les beaux fonds marins des environs en snorkeling, découvrir l’authenticité du restaurant Al Vecchio Melo à quelques mètres de l’appartement et nous rendre dans les villes de Noto, Syracuse et Marzamemi !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la propriété d'Antonino et Morena, d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Au bout d'un chemin privé fleuri, dans la si belle campagne sicilienne, vous trouverez le porche d'une superbe maison de pierre, sur une cour de masseria immense et très privative. La maison est pleine de charme, dotée de tout le confort moderne, très bien aménagée, et dotée d'une splendide terrasse avec vue sur mer, et d'un jardin ombragé. L'éclairage, le soir, ajoute une touche très romantique à l'ensemble. Quel beau lieu, avec une âme et une poésie très touchante. Morena nous a réservé de multiples délicates attentions et... nous planifions déjà notre prochain séjour ❤️.

Michele a ete très sympathique et très flexible sur notre arrivee et notre depart avec beaucoup de services rendus lors de notre sejour de 3 nuits. Les enfants ont beaucoup appréciés le choix entre le jacuzzi et la piscine. A savoir, la cuisine est séparée des logements et le lavabo avec l'eau est à l'exterieur mais on s'y habitue et pas de soucis quand il fait beau. Merci a Michele pour ces quelques jours, on sent qu'elle apprecie vraiment partager communiquer et rendre service pour un sejour facile.

Salvo was a great host. Responded quickly to communication and went above and beyond what is expected. Really appreciated his help with storing our luggage. The apartment is only a short walk to the city center and Ortigia and was good value for money. The free breakfast at a local cafe/bar was lovely and a real bonus.

I spent three weeks there, a lot of it working remotely, and the flat was perfect for me. There is a balcony (facing north) and basic stuff you need for cooking (although there's good food around everywhere). Town is some way away, 40 mins scenic route on the coast but it's quite a nice walk. There's a nice coastal route, too, going the other way that's good for running and cycling. I would stay again and, of course, as everyone has said here, Eleanore and her family are great! I felt I had all the privacy I needed but Eleonora was always available when I needed something. Thank you!

I stay in airbnb's 70-110 nights per year. On this trip I'll stay about 55 nights, 32 of which were here. Laura responds VERY quickly to messages. Literally the fastest I've ever seen. The apartment is very clean with great high ceilings. We had a number of issues (not the host's fault) and Laura was flexible enough to work through them with me. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely four nights , and knew it would likely be noisy because of being close to the market, but had not thought about the possibility of smells from restaurant’s air conditioning- we got used to that but I think I am especially sensitive to smells unfortunately! We found a wonderful swimming place five minutes walk away with rocks to sunbathe on and clear water protected from the open sea by large blocks under the sea.A very enjoyable stay improved by Anna’s suggestions , and providing swimming towels as well as extra bath towels during our stay. She also offered for us to stay Saturday late but unfortunately we had to get a plane at midday. Thank you Anna,

Siamo stati loro ospiti per una splendida settimana a fine settembre. L'appartamento è molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli, arredato in modo fine e moderno e soprattutto molto pulito. La caratteristica che ci ha colpito maggiormente però è stata l'accoglienza. Durante il nostro soggiorno siamo stati coccolati con assaggi dei loro prodotti tipici e con la solarità che contraddistingue questa famiglia. Super consigliato!

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Przestronne, wygodne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie w uroczym, górskim miasteczku. Gospodarz miły i pomocny. Polecam! Sycylia z innej perspektywy niż morze i plaża :)

Andrea & Daria were great hosts. Our Italian is fairly poor, so it was great to have hosts with great English skills to tell us about the area, their farm, talk about Sicily, help enjoy our time in the region and book us into great restaurants (Andrea even helped us deal with an unfortunate dodgy credit card drama involving a rental car company). Our room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. For us the stay was not really about the accommodation as such (which was great), rather it was that we had great experiences sharing. Andrea had a pizza night and involved us in the experience (great to see the oven and kitchen in action). Andrea is a true B&B host, seems to love sharing, talking and helping guests. I think that is the key to what makes B&B Vinciucci so great. Plus breakfast was pretty awesome as well :)

We loved our stay at Tiziana's place! It was such a BEAUTIFUL property with lovely accommodations. Tiziana was super responsive and helpful and very accommodating of our schedule. We would recommend to anyone hoping to explore Siracusa (~20 minutes) or Catania (~20 minutes).

Roberto è stato da subito amichevole e ci ha fornito numerose indicazioni e consigli per trascorrere giorni indimenticabili. Roberto è una persona squisita, l'appartamento molto bello con vista mare, letto comodo, parcheggio privato, spiaggia di ciottoli nelle immediate vicinanze e colazione con vista mare. Valentino est très réactif et accueillant, l’appartement est grand et se situe juste derrière une petite plage . Nous avons très bien dormi grâce à une bonne literie ! Le personnel sur place est charmant et le petit-déjeuner excellent ! Un grand merci !

Der Aufenthalt in Martas wunderschönem, modernen Haus war einfach fantastisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, und der Pool bot eine perfekte Möglichkeit, sich in der malerischen Umgebung zu erfrischen. Jeden Morgen gab es ein leckeres Frühstück, das liebevoll von Marta und Fabio zubereitet wurde. Die Landschaft rund um das Haus ist atemberaubend und lädt zum Entspannen und Entdecken ein. Marta war super freundlich, die Kommunikation lief schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders dankbar bin ich für die vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Anregungen, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Vielen Dank für alles! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Perfekte ruhige Klimaanlage zum Schlafen. Schönes, gepflegtes Badezimmer. Traumhafter Blick von der Dachterasse und leckeres Frühstück! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und versorgt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Super Lage am Ende der Fußgängerzone und nur wenige Minuten zur Badestelle!
