Our one and only listing is a private house right in the middle of the Bronx and close to all major attractions such as the the Bronx Zoo, the Bronx Botanical Garden, Fordham Shopping District, and Yankee Stadium to name a few. We are located in a diverse neighborhood with people from all walks of life. Whereas the summer months bring out the cultural aspect to the neighborhood, fall and winter exposes the tranquil bitter chill of the community.

Enjoy a private & quiet bedroom and bathroom in Yonkers. Public transportation is minutes away. Train will take you to Midtown Manhattan in 35-45 minutes. Free parking. Cross County Mall, Yonkers Waterfront, Ridge Hill, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores are close by. Fast WiFi. You have access to a fully-stocked kitchen, living room, dining room & deck. Huge Master bedroom, with a comfy queen-sized bed, private bath, and plenty of space. Parking space available in the street. Late check-in time needs to be confirmed with host or it won't be allowed.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small bedroom with a slightly narrower bed with a curtain across the doorway. Please note: I have one cat. So if you are allergic, maybe not a good choice for you. There is no TV in the room.
