A duplex apartment completely renovated and equipped in 2021, located in La Savina in a residential area, 5 minutes from the port. It consists of two floors. On the first floor, at street level, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, 2 full bathrooms, an open kitchen, a living room, and a large outdoor terrace with a 2x2 mini-pool. In the basement there is a gym and direct access to the parking space. A/C in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
