Holiday rentals with a patio in Fort Bend County

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. We came to Houston with our son but also to explore the food scene and the location was perfect. Right in between the food in Chinatown/bellaire and the museums/zoo for family activities. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our children loved the Mario theme! Felt like home. We even got to enjoy the pool a bit. Host was awesome and very communicative.

This was an extremely clean, elegant apartment that my 5 year old daughter’s first words upon entering were: “oh wow daddy, this is beautiful!”. Everything was spotless clean, very thoughtfully decorated and convenient supplies were plentiful. It’s located on the western outer belt of Houston. Really close to plenty of restaurants (do not skip Poblanos!) stores and most importantly the highway (i-10 Katy Fwy) which can take you directly to downtown. Parking is available and the instructions to get in were spot on. However the main highlight of this listing was not the apartment itself, but the host. Diana was an extremely helpful, cordial and responsive host. I did not have the pleasure to meet her but my mother did as she quickly took care of an internet issue we encountered. Hosts like Diana are part of the reason I’d rather book an airbnb vs a Hotel; they make all the difference. Definitely give this place a shot and come back to thank me later.

Nice place with gated walls and a pool, as well as a garage for you to park your car in.

Very spacious property. My family of four had all the space we needed. It was surprisingly quiet even though Hwy 59 was only less than half a mile away. Best thing about the stay was the hospitality of our host. Wesam went out of their way to make sure our stay was a good one. If we find ourselves traveling back to the Sugarland/Stafford area, we’ll definitely look at booking this property again.

Johnny was a great help. He responded very quickly. I run into a little trouble & Johnny was able to help me fix it. I see why he a “super host”

Close enought for thr event that we attended this house was large enough for our 4 person gathering. The hot tub was the big perk. The games were an added bonus. The host was very attentive when we had questions regarding issues. Check in was easy. Only neg was the balls for the fus ball table were missing (they offered to bring some by). The house is a little dated but you can see they are in a state of repair here and there.

We had the pleasure of staying at Carolina and Rodney's house. We had a wonderful week, and our kids absolutely loved the house and backyard, which were filled with games, swimming options, and entertainment. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and I would highly recommend staying at their place when in Houston. The house truly felt like a home away from home. We travelled to Houston to celebrate the holidays, and our stay was impeccable. The house was spotless, exactly as described, and provided the perfect space for celebrating with our family. Check-in was seamless, and daily access was hassle-free. The location was fantastic! Situated in a private community, the house offered a sense of privacy while being conveniently central to all the places we wanted to visit during our trip. It was also easy to drive to and from. We had such a great experience that we’re already looking forward to booking with Jamal again for our next holiday in Houston!

It was incredibly peaceful, making it ideal for relaxing and recharging. The location was also excellent, especially for working remotely. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the thoughtful touches, like a comfortable desk setup and plenty of natural light, made it easy to focus. I also appreciated the proximity to local shops and restaurants, which were just a drive away. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and productive retreat. I can’t wait to come back!

This was a very convenient and beautiful property. Me and my guest enjoyed staying here in a very hot city, we went for swims anytime we wanted. We played music on the deck all day, until quiet hours. The property was so nice, we captured lots of beautiful pictures, inside and outside. And the bonus is it's a patio home, which offers complete privacy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay — the apartment felt like home from the very first day. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you need for long-term living. The garage is very convenient and easy to use. While there’s not a lot of natural sunlight, the place is still cozy and comfortable. The host was super responsive and always quick to reply. It's perfect place to stay for family. Dont let the outside fools you, this place is pretty nice, well cleaning, close to everything if you come to Houston for Asian foods. The host responses really fast, all you do is following their guide for check in and out. Will come back again for sure!

Greg's place was perfect for a weekend family getaway! My boyfriend and myself were visiting family in Houston for the first time, and this place was perfect for accommodating us with two dogs (a Doberman mix and chihuahua). The location was near great local restaurants, cafes, and boba shops. The place was clean with fresh bedding and towels. Kitchen stocked with cups, dishes and cutlery! Spacious fridge with a freezer. All that we needed. I must also mention there was a reserved parking spot for our stay, so we never worried about walking too far to the condo or parking outside of the complex. That was so nice! And considering the affordable price we paid for 3 days as dental students, with all that is included? This airbnb is THE place to stay. Greg, you go above and beyond for your guests. With your attentive responses to messages when we need you for help or anything for that matter--you are amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.
