The Guest House is a place for rest and relaxation. It is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. We hope to provide hospitality & respite for travelers & folks visiting family. We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

Cabin in the Oaks

Fort Cobb is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom cabin. Nestled in the heart of nature, this phenomenal property offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 2 queen beds and 1 futon, it comfortably accommodates a group of friends or a small family. Stay connected with WiFi, stay cool with AC, and stay fresh with a washing machine. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the tranquility of Fort Cobb. Enjoy your time in this amazing cabin and create unforgettable memories.

The Ranch

Country living at its best! Come see the night stars unobstructed from tall buildings. Hear the coyotes howl and the crickets chirp. There are two living spaces with several sofas for plenty of room. Fiber internet and tv. The heat and air unit has been replaced. There are 2 complete bathrooms with 2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 sinks. We don’t add cleaning fees to your stay. We have pens that could house your horse or show calf or lambs. Please get with us ahead of time so we can make arrangements.

Geneva's Get-Away

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat Geneva's Get-Away is the place for you. This three bed, two bath home has been completely updated and sits on 80 acres of ranch land. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with Queen size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and a King size bed in the Master bedroom. The updated kitchen features a coffee bar, ice-maker and all the neccessities for preparing meals. A bonus sun-room offers additional space for gathering with the family during your stay.

Corn Creek Cabin (The cabin is brand new!)

This is a brand new cabin, nestled in the trees of our one acre lot overlooking farm land and the Corn Creek where you can enjoy nature while rocking on the front porch, or exploring the creek. Several species of birds and squirrels will keep you entertained. If its a little chilly wrap up in our wool porch blankets and treat yourself to a hot drink! This is a place to COME and just BE, and truly leave the world behind. Try our local Cafe open Thur.-Sunday!! :)

Serenity Cottage + hot tub in the country

Relax. Refocus. Write a special moment into your story. Our thoughtfully designed shipping container is where comfort and elegance intertwine. We want your stay to be filled with simple pleasures. No TV but fast WiFi for your devices. Find solace on the porch, sipping coffee with a fresh cinnamon roll. Immerse yourself in relaxation in the hot tub. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit under the starlit sky.

The Lake House at the Roost

The Lake House is a great place to stay whether you want to fish, hunt or just relax. The all season sunroom offers great views in winter and summer and adds extra space to gather with family and friends. Close to both east and west boat ramps at Crows Roost area. A propane grill is provided along with covered parking. There is also an enclosed yard in the back for pets.

Grey Betty House

You’ll enjoy the views as the sunsets are amazing. Just a short walk away from Ft Cobb lake. Lemons point boat ramp 1/2 mile down the road. The "not so" tiny house has plenty of space for families. Pull through parking for truck and boats. Set back and breath in the fresh lake air and stay in quiet neighborhood.
