Beachfront holiday rentals in Fort De Soto

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

This was the perfect homebase for our beach vacation! Walkable to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful landscaping! Eric provided a lot of beach amenities like a cooler, chairs, and a wagon that made the vacation just that much easier. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Todd’s place is beautiful! Included more things than most we have stayed in like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, good beach chairs and wagon ! Lots of nice bath towels. Great location on the beach and nice big garage. The one thing that we noticed is the very low water flow in the showers making rinsing soap off a long process.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

My family and I had an amazing getaway trip here. We had spent a lot of time working hard for this trip; and it sure paid off. The location was beautiful, just down the road (within walking distance) from John’s Pass, Very close to the beach, beautiful views. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need, very clean, and cozy. The hosts were very communicative, and instructions were very clear. We had a 10 month old with us and it was also very accessible for that. Overall would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and great experience/location for Florida. Beautiful place steps from beach, the balcony area is so relaxing and happy hour on roof is a added bonus. All the staff was wonderful as well

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with my best friends. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. A major bonus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom—an absolute must for a girls’ trip! The shared living space offered beautiful views, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by every afternoon around 3:00 PM. We even left some cute floats for the next guests to enjoy while relaxing in the calm waters. I’ll definitely be bringing my family next time and hope this place is available when we return!

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

I could not recommend this place enough! The place was spacious and worked perfectly for a couple with a young baby. They had everything stocked to use, such a dish soap, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and floats, high chair, pack and play, etc. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The condo was quiet and family friendly. The unit has a great view of the ocean and access to a heated pool and hot tub. We would go back!

Rasas place was perfect! Rasa was so kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!

The house is beautiful and clean. Beach access is not quite as close as I wanted but thats on me for not researching better. Host's are very responsive. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Not a good walkable area for shops/restaurants. Definitely need a mode of transportation. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Love, love, love this place! Becky and Tyler were super sweet and very responsive! Check-in was smooth, the place was beautiful and comfortable! This is definitely one of our most favorite vacations that we have been on!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. It was clean, comfortable, and the most central to many hidden gems and things to do in the area. The location is absolutely perfect. Our hosts were fantastic. Check-in was seamless, and they went out of their way to offer helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. This place is a gem. Highly recommended!

5 Star for sure, hands down, book this house! Things to note: 1. The house is only a few feet away from the main road and on busy weekends there is a huge line of cars from sunset to about 11pm. Some cars are louder than others. Midweek is much better with less cars. The positive: ultra convenient access to the beach. It’s unmatched. 2. One toilet - the house sleeps 7, we had 6. It can get a little dicey at times but ultimately no problem- bonus is the downstairs shower. Really cool. 3. The loft is really cool but the ladder is steep. We had three older boys and they did just fine. Overall - book this house. You can’t get better access to the beach and you’re right up the road from Bridge St. The house had toys, umbrella and chairs… plus a down stairs fridge as well. The house has cool history and the host is exceptional. Check-in and check-out was the easiest of any rental ever. Not kidding…

This place was amazing! The unit was really nice and had all the amenities and more that we needed. We were able to cook our own food very easily. They had pots, pans, sharp knives, seasoning (and more than just salt/pepper), blender, and toaster. Being able to play at the beach right outside the unit, rinse off with the hose at the gate, and then jump in the pool was really nice! Can't say enough great things about it! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Allan’s condo. The unit and pool both seemed to be even larger in person than they appeared in photos. We enjoyed the walkability to local attractions and restaurants and would love to return!

Abiee was a great host! Very responsive with any small issues/questions that we had! We had a great time at this location, very close to the beach. Lots of beach equipment to use as well! Overall it was a good stay, if I could, my rating would be 4.5 stars. The area can be a bit noisy, if you’re looking for somewhere very quiet, keep that in mind! The windows seem to be very old, you can hear any noises outside very clearly. You can also hear the people upstairs walking and doing day to day things which can get a bit frustrating when you’re trying to relax. This is a great place, just keep in mind that if there’s people above you, it’s not going to be super quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Rick’s place. The house and rooms were beautiful and clean. Very well decorated and had everything you could need for a great vacation with the kids and grandparents. Rick was communicative and responsive. We very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool side cabana and porch downstairs (the kids loved the pool and all the toys!). Thank you very much for such a great stay! We would love to return for another vacation. Everyone in our party loved it very much. Sending all our compliments :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Loved the decor and the open space for our whole family to enjoy. The location was perfect just one block to the beach (a more private area of the beach than most!) and easy to get to Clearwater or restaurants in Indian Rocks area. The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked... really the whole home had all of the necessities plus plenty of special touches and extras. We loved the backyard and the pool was a huge hit! The corn hole, beach balls, water guns and mini shuffle board game kept everyone having fun the whole stay. Outdoor shower was so convenient when coming in from the beach.
