Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fort Greene, Brooklyn

Mateo & Gregory’s place is immaculate and very comfortable. We had a difficult journey from JFK and arrived late. Mateo still gave us a warm welcome and pointed us to a favourite Mexican restaurant nearby. The house is a beautiful brown stone terraced property on a quiet street in a vibrant, colourful, busy area. The accommodation and the whole house is kept in pristine condition with all mod cons. We received superb tips about best local places to eat and drink (there are many), could come and go as we pleased, received free bottled water, free tickets to Brooklyn Botanic Garden (superb) & Brooklyn Museum, had use of the beautiful back garden, were able to leave our luggage after check out and even had a car arranged to take us back to the airport. That took all the stress out of our last day and was above and beyond. Mateo & Gregory take hosting to a new level. Go…you will not be disappointed.

Close to the subway and it fit us (five people) pretty well

Pettrina fue muy amable y tiene instrucciones muy claras en varios lugares del alojamiento. No es necesario contactarla si no es una emergencia. Todo perfecto. Gracias por la estadía!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and stayed at Mei’s welcoming space. She is a very accommodating host that made us feel at home, gave us great local recommendations, and was very flexible during our stay. The space is quiet, clean, and a great location in Brooklyn. We would definitely come back again!

A refreshingly warm and delightfully appointed place. Andrew is on site, and the place has a warmth missing in a lot of places, particularly those run by services. Great decor, some of which Andrew makes. Comfy bed, quite quiet, and Andrew was a quick, concise and friendly communicator. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

It was a great stay! The place is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. My husband and I were very comfortable throughout the stay. Safe and quiet neighborhood, right off the Q train, making it easy to commute and explore. Krystal was also very accommodating and beyond helpful when we needed something.

Excellent home in a fabulous neighborhood! Sara was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our stay. There wasn't any air-conditioning to ease the heat of the really hot days, but the location and cleanliness of the unit was worth the steamy moments. Also - it is very easy to find parking on this street! What an unexpected surprise!

I love this area, the alley that is full of creativity and art, and the love for this area that the community has! I came here the first time with my husband, and ever since, when I have to come up alone, we both feel good about me staying here. The hotel is super centrally located, the staff goes way beyond, they are always smiling, and the hotel is always clean and quiet. I will never stop coming here!

Visited Brooklyn for a work trip and stayed at Jamal & Dacia's charming studio to get the most of Brooklyn as I possibly could in 24 hours! I appreciated how clean the space was, as well as amenities with water, snacks and ice cold AC for the hot humid weather! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Easy to get to, large room with bed and table, sink, fridge and burner. Small bathroom, but functional. Step stairs to get up to 3rd floor. Perfect stay for us.

The train to JFK is right around the corner, making it super easy for that airport. We appreciated how quiet it was and slept very well.

Had a great 2 week stay at Josh and Lance's apartment. The place is incredibly clean, very spacious, and designed very well! Josh and Lance were both kind and friendly, and the apartment is located really close to the train station! Would definitely stay here whenever I visit NYC!

Linsey’s place was easy to settle into—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was covered, from kid-friendly dishes and towels to an iron and teapot, making it feel like a home away from home. The space was quiet and restful after full days exploring the city, and the lighting in the evening made it feel especially cozy. Clear instructions and room controls helped us feel self-sufficient, and the toys for the kids were such a sweet bonus. Linsey’s communication was detailed and considerate throughout. We also loved Café Spaghetti just around the corner—a neighborhood gem with great hours and a relaxed vibe perfect for little ones.

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

Very clear directions and responsive, caring hosts. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. My daughter enjoyed going to the coffee shop below every morning. Lots of unique stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great choice!

I had a 3 day stay in NY and this was a great spot for it. I wasn’t home much but the kitchen and bathroom had all amenities you could need. House to close walking distance to train station to get you to all the key spots in the city. Amazing stay!

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!
