Great place to stay near Metro and dining/shopping in Old Town!

Wonderful weekend getaway just a street or so away from the heart of King Street! The space was lovely, clean, and we felt very safe. Would recommend for any couples or small families looking for a great place in Alexandria.

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

My wife and I stayed at Amy’s place for roughly a week while we moved into NVA. Her place was excellent and at a convenient location - short drive to the metro, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and I really liked the peace of the woods behind the house. We definitely recommend staying here. Amy and was very proactive with offering assistance and recommendations, the apartment was clean and spacious, nice kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. They were beyond amazing—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. When we had an issue with the refrigerator, they didn’t just fix it; they replaced it with a brand-new one within two days! Their kindness and efficiency made us feel incredibly valued as guests. Spending a full month here, we truly got to appreciate how well-maintained and well-equipped the apartment was. It was a perfect home away from home, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Quiet, private location with a pet-friendly setup. The space met our needs for a short stay and communication with our host Jad was very responsive throughout our stay. Loved the woods and amazing walking trails! Thanks Jad!

As a returning guest, Uche was again a gracious host. He was attentive and helpful in giving recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment was in great shape and had everything I could need during my stay. There's a Harris Teeter grocery store a block away and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The free garage parking was very convenient, always a plus in Old Town Alexandria where parking can be difficult to find. I enjoyed staying here and would definitely do so again.

Mark made us feel like we stayed at a luxury hotel. The use of the garage was wondeful especially for the hot days we encounterd. Having a cool car was excellent. Friendly neighbors. We had a great time.

I have been a customer of Airbnb for years this by far exceeded all of my expectations. From the time that I arrived, my hostess was amazing flexible and so helpful even offered to give me a ride into DC because my train was delayed, and I arrived in Fort Washington later than expected . So hospitable, kind, generous and caring. I will definitely be back.

John’s place was exceptionally awesome.The place was spacious and clean. There were enough supplies that it felt so much like being at home. The place was peaceful and quiet. The back yard provides a serene atmosphere. Gathering for meals makes it a great family time for getting together. John was responsive to every questions and was very helpful. It is really a great place to stay. He went beyond to accommodate our request to make it possible to pick up an important medication that was left behind. Thanks a lot John!

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.
