Dog Friendly! Remodeled guest house in quaint, very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Private entrance and parking space. Detached from the main house with a private fenced yard. Within city limits, but with an out-of-town feel. (No city lights! The stars are incredible!) only a few miles from the lakes, with the added benefit of being only a short drive to returaunts, shopping, bars, and everything Flagstaff has to offer. The space has two new queen sized beds, a functional kitchen (stove top, microwave, no oven), a dining area and a very spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It has a very private keyless entrance, off-street parking and a private yard/patio area with a BBQ. You might see deer, elk, or fox in the meadow right outside the kitchen table window - a unique experience so close to downtown.

There is a sunny, full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, full bath and a large private deck. The urban trail is 1/4 mi away, NAU is 3 mi, downtown is 4mi, Snowbowl is 19 miles, and Fort Tuthill starts at the urban trail, and the fairgrounds are a 1 mi walk. There is an window A/C unit in the main room during the summer (approx May-Sept).

Even better than the pictures! This was just the peaceful getaway my family of 3 needed. The cabin was exceptionally clean, cozy and charming. We enjoyed the quiet evenings and star gazing with our little one. I would highly suggest staying at this place!

Ven is obviously a stickler for detail. He thought of every need that a traveler might need. He provided water, coffee, fridge, microwave, condiments, utensils, dishes, linen and even a first aid kit and office supplies just to name a few. The room and adjoining bathroom were spotless. A separate heating/cooling unit was provided to augment the central system. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was adequate. The neighborhood was beautiful with ample parking. Ven’s place will be my routine Airbnb stop whenever passing through Flagstaff.

Marie was an excellent hostess and I will definitely be staying here again! Her husband Bob had an excellent book collection that I was able to take advantage of. The shower felt amazing with the perfect amount of pressure. I felt right at home with these two especially with a homecooked delicious breakfast and the time I spent on the patio. Cody the dog was a nice pal as well. I really look forward to passing through Flagstaff again!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. Just what we needed for one night in Flagstaff. The space was exactly as listed, local recommendations provided and we appreciated the tv/Netflix to unwind. You could hear the hosts in thier apartment next door, but it wasn’t an issue for us, things quieted down before 9pm. Nice bathroom, stocked with everything we needed.
