It sits on 2 acres of natural country landscape in a very quiet part of northwest Flag. Our home is 1 min to Snowbowl entrance (entering the opposite way of traffic), 10 min to downtown Flagstaff and 1 hr to the Grand Canyon. The large front patio has a gas fire pit that faces the San Francisco Peaks and offers amazing views. Our back patio has a hot tub and no city lights.

Perfect for a small family to enjoy all the local attractions. Top and bottom floor have separate entrances. Up stairs entrance has the stairs leading to it, down stairs you access thru garage. If you have young children you might not be comfortable with them sleeping downstairs. Only access to downstairs is thru garage.
