Linda and Jay seemingly were put on this earth to be incredible hosts. Their hospitality is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced and only added value to this already cozy and comfortable home. They have a ton of recommendations for the area and decades of personal experience in this region. I look forward to future opportunities for our paths to cross!

Loved staying at Synta's place for a quick getaway and would definitely come here again! She was super flexible from the beginning with allowing an early check in. Very easy to find and get inside the home with the keypads. Inside was spotless, the bathroom was beautiful, and the complimentary sleep masks and earplugs were so thoughtful! The metro was a quick 10 minute walk away. She also surprised us with bagels and milk for breakfast as a bonus! Such a great host, I recommend staying here!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

Terrific, clean, comfortable apartment for a short weekend stay. Melissa couldn't have been more accommodating and communcative, and I could tell she takes great pride both in keeping the unit pristine and making her guests feel welcomed and at home.

We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live in Chesapeake Beach. Her place was exactly as described and check in was smooth and well explained. It was clean, well stocked and the most important to us quite. We will definitely stay there again when we visit our son and daughter-in-law. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

Emily and Stephen were great hosts. We were visiting for a friend's wedding, and needed a base station. The space was clean, comfortable and well-designed. We forgot a few things at home—as guests go, you might say we were on the needier side—and Emily and Stephen came through in a big way. Rohaan’s home was very nice. Accurately described, and welcoming. He gave us clear instructions for check in, and exactly that happened. Overall, the space was clean and very nice. Movie theater was great. Wonderful experience!

Evan’s’ place was great. It was close enough to the UMD Campus while being close to restaurants and such. We enjoyed the deck and the space.

Serena was a wonderful host. She went the extra mile & left lists of places to eat, emergency services, & the map for the metro. She also has extra comfort items for her guests (robes, slippers, cleansing items). It’s a very comfortable, clean space in a nice and quiet area. Would love to book again!

We had a great stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly roomy—which made it easy for me to navigate in my wheelchair (aside from the doorway, which was a large step in). I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like board games, books, and a cozy living room perfect for unwinding after a long day. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip back to Nova.

Graham was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and expectations/instructions very clearly laid out. Place was extremely clean and location was incredible. Easy to get to Union Station, Stanton Park, The Capital, Eastern Market and H St Streetcar which can easily get you to places like the Queen Vic. Im shocked this place isn’t more expensive per night - bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, no smell, and didn’t feel like you were in an English basement. 10/10 highly recommend staying at this location, probably best place Ive stayed at.

By far, the best AirBnB experience my partner and I have ever had. There is a reason for such incredible reviews! Phillip’s attention to details was impeccable, the entire place was incredibly clean and spotless. Every room was well thought out, with quality furniture and fixtures. Upon our arrival, Philip provided us with well thought out instructions to finding our way to his place, along with a welcome note and gift. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief but relaxing stay. It is very close to all the attractions in town, and a quick walkable Starbucks just down the street. I was dreading the DC traffic, but Phillips place was perfectly situated in an area we didn’t have to deal with much traffic at all! Overall, 10/10 for our stay. We will absolutely look to book here again whenever we come back in the future. I can’t recommend his place enough. You won’t find a better place that’s clean, comfortable, and close to the main parts of town. Thanks Phillip for the lovely host!

can't say enough great things! the place is beautiful and Cobun has thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen down to the simplest toiletries you may have forgotten. Cobun has created a cozy atmosphere that easily becomes your home away from home.

I had an amazing time. I love the little note that they wrote on the whiteboard. I enjoyed my stay definitely do look like the pictures. They have great communication skills and it’s a nice cozy place.
