House facing the sea, on the sand at Lázaro beach. The house is located in a condominium with 24-hour security. It is on the right side of Lázaro beach, closer to Domingas Dias beach. Supermarket and Pharmacy are 4 min by car or 15 min on foot. The house is composed of two parts. The main part has 2 bedrooms + 1 suite (all 3 with air-conditioning) and the second part is a small house with 1 bedroom (without air-conditioning) and laundry.

On Morro da Praia Brava da Fortaleza, 1 km from the beach (10 minutes on foot, going down the hill, and 20 minutes to go up). Even when there is a lot of movement on the beach, the little house is a haven of peace. The large deck is a pleasant outdoor seating area, with hammocks, table, bench, in the middle of the woods.
