Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fossacesia

This is a rare find in Italy. Modern, immaculate, with an elevator, a clothes washer, a clothes dryer!!, a 3/4 size refrigerator instead of the dormitory size often found, an oven, a microwave, electric blinds in case you need to block out the light. A giant TV. The remotes were shrink wrapped in plastic. I actually asked where I could buy their sheets because they are fresh, white, and either 100% cotton or 100% linen/cotton blend. The air conditioning works great. Having stayed in many places in Italy over the years, I can testify that you won’t find a place like this combined with kind and friendly folks like this very often. Termoli has a lovely wide swath of accessible walkable beach, and in late September was not inundated with tourists. The main street has upscale stores, and the historic center is small but lovely. Views from the fortress over the Adriatic- priceless. I will be back. Enjoy!

Excellent stay! Very high quality services for this new apartment typical of the area. Perfect location near all amenities (restaurants, shops, beach...) we do everything on foot. Very warm welcome. Historic city center of beauty. I would highly recommend.

Clean and modern inside. Took a few minutes to locate, but thoroughly loved it. Highly recommend!! There didn’t seem to be any places to eat in Ofena, but there were places in Capistrano, a short drive away.

Excellent accommodation, really spacious, generous sizes everywhere, giant shower and terrace always ventilated, area full of places to eat roasts and a supermarket a stone's throw away to get basic necessities, highly recommended for those who really want to relax a little in life!

Mansard on the second floor, very quiet and with all the comforts, close to the beach and the center. Giovanni left many things to eat and it was a unique kindness coming to pick us up at the station and with flexible hours. The experience is to be repeated

Pictures don’t give this place justice! It’s was absolutely stunning, like out of a European magazine! Romano was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was extremely spacious for our party of 6 and ample amount of washrooms and bedrooms/beds. I have nothing bad to say, and without question would recommend this place. Highly recommended contacting Romano just to help you find it, as it’s slightly confusing to find. But he did tell us to contact him once we arrived in town. And the terrace …..breathtaking! Can’t wait to come back:) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this atypical house with great spaces and a beautiful garden. The hosts are very welcoming ( meal scheduled for our late arrival) and adorable. A big thank you to Marco for his kindness, his availability . He guided us well to discover this beautiful region. Now, thanks to him, we know how to make gnocchi!

I loved Lorenzo’s place it was perfect for my short stay in Chieti and central to everything I needed. Lorenzo met me in town and walked me to the accomodation which helped me feel welcomed and settled. The place itself was amazing, historical and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. Olivia's villa is a perfect old world charm setting. The terrace views were spectaclular. We felt extremely comfortable in her home. We loved hanging out with the people of the village at the piazza. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Some TLC and upgrades are needed, which I am sure will happen over time. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My partner and I stayed for a week, the house is in a quiet and peaceful area, it is completely independent and all fenced, great for us who travel with our inseparable Rottweiler who really appreciated (us too!)the large garden. Inside the spaces are right, there were two of us but there would have been 3 other people, we didn't miss anything. Good location to visit Abruzzo both to the sea and to the more inland areas. We had a great time and among the things we most appreciated the tranquility, the silence, the right privacy, the nature that surrounds the house with a beautiful view, the spectacular sunsets, the fireflies in the evening in the garden. Obviously, a special thank you to Francesco, he was a helpful and caring host, always in communication with us and gave us countless tips on places and restaurants, it was like being at a friend's house. Highly recommended experience!

We rented this location having family within the town. It was a beautiful accommodation as we expected. If you like quiet and peaceful this is the place as Corfinio is a small town up top the mountains with no much to do. La Toya was responsive, helpful and very accommodating and flexible. I appreciated this very much as it made our experience very easy going. Thank you La Toya for accommodating us!

the accommodation is centrally located, easy to reach and close to all the necessary amenities, including the Majella Park information center. The host Eleonora was very kind and helpful in giving us advice. The b&by is equipped as if you were at home. Highly recommended

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. The house was clean and had all the useful comforts to make our stay as if we were at home. We recommend choosing Silvio's house!!!

Filipo was fantastic from start to finish. He met us at our gate, showed us around, made recommendations and provided a generally enjoyable experience. We stayed at Filippo's apartment for 3 weeks and he checked on us regularly. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Pescara City Center. The beach is close. The shops are close. The food is close. Bars. Nightlight. Everything is only a few minutes walk. Trains are maybe 7 min. It was perfect. Would stay again next trip to Pescara.

Really wonderful experience. The house is cozy, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Lella is an exceptional host, always available and attentive to the needs of guests. She gave us excellent directions for check-in and was very caring. The location is ideal for exploring Pescasseroli and its surroundings. We are a family with 2 year old twins and everyone (including children) we loved our stay in Enrica's apartment. The house is very clean, the area is really quiet and access to the parking lot directly with the elevator has made it easier to get around, especially in case of rain. Enrica and Mrs. Maria Vittoria were really kind, helpful and ready to provide us with support when we needed it. We absolutely recommend Enrica's apartment!!!!

I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools for cooking comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and practicality!
