Five days were too little compared to the experience of staying in this relaxing and restorative paradise in a fairytale, quiet and quiet context... exactly what I was looking for! I found it after a careful search and I have to say that it was ideal from the listing, once I arrived I could see that it perfectly met my expectations! The structure is very clean, very tidy, modern and complete with everything, there is really nothing missing from the amenities to the surprises left by the owners in the kitchen, which you don't expect and that you really appreciate :) Very kind and helpful hosts who thank you so much for your hospitality. The (beautiful) pool may seem like the differentiating element, but in reality the real plus is the largest balcony overlooking a green expanse of the super peaceful fields. Thanks to the type of stay I spent here I can start working completely rested and relaxed again, I will be back as soon as I can !

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

I stayed with my family in the "Roma" apartment from August 13 to 23. First of all, I express a sincere appreciation for the host, Hanspeter who, in addition to the kindness with which he welcomed us, throughout our stay made available proactively to facilitate and make our stay pleasant. The building is a villa on 3 levels, with three apartments (Rome, Kiev and Berlin) beyond the one occupied by Hanspeter and his family in the attic. You access the floors with a beautiful outdoor staircase. The house, recently renovated, is well maintained, with well-kept outdoor spaces that can be used by everyone. The newly-built pool is very attractive, with attention to detail, with hydromassage and depth up to about 2 meters. Very spacious apartment, with windows and balconies on all sides. Spacious and airy rooms. Beautiful and enjoyable for breakfast and dinner the terrace overlooking the pool. Bucolica the area, among vineyards and olive trees. Beautiful !

Alberto's place is the most thought through Air BnB we've ever stayed in - every detail was considered and we didn't want for anything. The apartment was spotless and a really soft, relaxing vibe, just by the beach. You can tell he enjoys cooking because we had everything we needed for a nice lunch on the balcony. He even spotted it was my husband's birthday and brought us a little sweet surprise! A great place to stay if you're visiting Pescara.

We were guests for a week as a family with friends and two little girls. The house is large and in a good location. Pietro was always very helpful even though we never met. Everything went well, unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the garden at all because there were too many mosquitoes, really too many. In the house everything is available, and it is very spacious so comfortable. There are many nice beaches around. I recommend it for a vacation with family and friends.

Beautiful, clean and quiet cottage! 5 minutes from all the beautiful sights...3 minutes from the center! Marie gave us a lot of useful information about what to visit and was always restorable for any of our questions! I highly recommend it!

Little to add, Anna super helpful and kind, for anything she knows how to answer you, the house is located 10 minutes by car from the equipped beaches and with beautiful and clean sea, the Anna villa is surrounded by nature, on a hill among vineyards and olive trees, landscapes to say the least fantastic, a tranquility that you can breathe in the air, a really beautiful house with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation but a few minutes from the center and the sea where you can find restaurants etc. We'll be back for sure.

We had a great stay in Ripa Teatina. The villa is exactly as it is in the listing, the pool is great and our 2 families had a lovely time. Frederico went above and beyond by purchasing a high chair for us especially after requesting shortly before our stay. Location was perfect for us, with nice restaurants and beach in Francavilla and a lovely pizza place in the village (short drive away)
