In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

The house has all the essentials with an en-suite bathroom, kitchen, alcove bedroom and great views. 5 min walk to Holmenkollen station and convenience store, 3 min to restaurant and ski jump. Wifi and TV-with cable and chromecast. Unfortunately no space for parking in the lot, but there is free street parking just above the lot, always available.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you'll be in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and queen bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

Hosle by the field - Spacious and modern apartment

Leiligheten er på ca 55 m2 og er møblert, har nytt bad og kjøkken, godt med skap og er lys innvendig. Det er vinduer på 2 sider; kjøkken har vindu med morgensol og soverom/stue har vindu der solen er til ca 20-21 om sommeren. Det er dobbelfløyet inngangsdør med glass i full bredde. Friområde og skog er 100 meter unna, et eldorado for voksne og barn sommer og vinter. Det er 8 minutter gange til dagligvare butikk, og god kommunikasjon til Oslo sentrum, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika mm.
