Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and ultra centrally located home. Cafes, bakeries, shops are very close - quiet side street to the pedestrian street. Salling with Rooftop 150 meters. My favorite shop 'Kronen' that sells coffee and tea is also very close. 'Kronen' is worth a short visit - one of Aalborg's oldest stores. We primarily rent out on weekends and holidays, when we are in our cottage - 15 km from the apartment. So we can be easily contacted.

Our garden can be enjoyed by guests of all ages – there is a garden house with a barbecue area, a play area, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and relaxation. If you are coming by bicycle or motorcycle, we can arrange secure parking for you.

It takes 4 bus stops (bus nr. 11 stops about 70 m from the house) to the main train and central bus station. Aalborg zoo is 15min walk away. There is 8 km to Aalborg airport. Self check ind. Minimum stay in July 4-5 nights. Bedding/towels available against payment, 80 dkk per pers.
