Beautiful 105 m2 house located in a green setting composed of a living/dining room and a separate and equipped kitchen, both giving direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a new sofa bed for 2 people. You will find 2 bedrooms upstairs: the "blue" with 1 double bed and the "pink" with 2 single beds (can be pushed together) with access to a balcony.
