Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fountain Valley

This unit was clean, well appointed and large enough for a family gathering to celebrate a graduation at Chapman University. The location was ideal although there was a bit of noise from neighbors and the freeway however this offset by the reasonable price for a two bedroom .

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

We enjoyed our stay even more than we thought we would. Lux Properties was very responsive prior to check in and everything was just as described. The property was very close to many family activities and the beach! Thank you for a great visit!

A Perfect Stay! I couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail had been thought through, from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host Janet was prompt and friendly throughout. The neighborhood was close to everything I needed—restaurants, shops, and attractions. Anna’s place is exactly as pictured! Everything was super clean, uncluttered, beautifully decorated and more than welcoming. The place is very unassuming from the front. It appears on the smaller side but once you enter, it’s very spacious! The kitchen literally had everything needed for us to make a full breakfast for the 6 of us adults and a baby (aside from the food). We all sat comfortably at the dining table together. The beds are very soft and comfortable, as are the pillows. Individual towel sets were set up on each bed for our use, which I thought was very thoughtful. There is a full size washer & dryer available for use and all of the other smaller basic kitchen appliances you might need. Anna was very responsive and quick to address our request for an early check in and was ultimately able to accommodate us, which was so helpful! We were really comfortable and happy here! Well stocked, clean loved home in quiet, Family friendly location. One of my Grandsons left belongings at the house and the hostess contacted me after our departure. She sent us pictures of items and offered to send them to us. Very thoughtful!

The house was well supplied with everything we needed. Beautiful space, big bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoor spaces were really nice for meals and meetings. Right near a pond and park and in a quiet neighborhood. Driveway had plenty of room for parking. It was a great space for us and we had all we needed!

Luis provided a very nice and organized condo to stay at. I needed a place to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center, and this location was ideal! The condo inside was very organized and ready to go. The key fab made the condo feel very private, and I could relax when coming back to sleep.
