Holiday rentals with beach access in Fouras

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

Unobstructed view of the sea and a beautiful old tree at sunrise and sunset. Very clean and functional accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the key box and exchanges with Clémence. We would recommend it in a second.

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

Great Host, large and bright apartment with a very nice decor and many facilities. View from the window of the pretty building of the Marché des Marennes with its Baltard-style architecture and the three restaurants less than a minute away. 10 min by bike to the beach (thanks for the bike:)). The large car park at Place Carnot is 100m away. Special mention for the layout of the apartment (there must be about twenty light points and sockets and the kitchen is used with much more than the essentials). Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

We had a great stay at Anne's, who is a very responsive host. The location of the apartment is ideal, quiet, 2 steps from the ocean. Right next to the apartment is a Spa Hotel Restaurant where we were able to eat, the meal and service are excellent, and the terrace offers an incredible view of the ocean.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the La Concurrence beach. The location is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the port des minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the station.

Excellent stay at Agnès and Loïc's. The house is clean and well equipped. We had a very nice week at Île de Ré! Thank you!!

We had a great time at Bruno's place. Fluid and easy communication. Françoise's entry into the accommodation is friendly. The house is functional, very well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable. The veranda and garden are a real plus. The house is ideally located, the beach, the city center everything is doable on foot. See you soon maybe in FOURAS!

The house is ideally located in Fouras, it is easy to park there. The city center is a maximum of 15 minutes' walk away. The house is very nice, the garden too. It has charm and character. Very bright. We enjoyed the large square table in the dining room and the layout of the rooms: a sleeping area and a bedroom a little apart with a large bed of 160 + possibility of a baby bed. Very nice baby bed available + high chair if needed. Stephanie the concierge is very responsive and friendly. The owner too. We recommend.

Nadia place is on a quiet residential cul-de- sac on edge of a village , private entrance & beautiful garden to enjoy. Everything is in Immaculate condition, a great well equipped kitchen that was a joy to cook in & Nadia has thought of everything ! Loved spending time with Nadia & her husband who are both great hosts. For us it was a special place to finish our little French tour . Totally recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a clean , pleasant and well-located accommodation facing the sea. We are 4 bikers who took advantage of sunny weather to visit the Ré & Oléron Islands and the surrounding area. To be done again because there are still many places to visit. Jack, Berni, Gael & Lolo

Good location in Fouras, 10 minutes walk to the city center. Well-equipped house for 9 people, very well furnished kitchen and lots of utensils. Enjoyable possibility to park 2 cars.

We had a short but very pleasant weekend! Evelyne was very responsive, and flexible, which we greatly appreciated. The accommodation is well located, one street from the North beach, close enough to the center on foot (about 10 minutes), the neighborhood is very peaceful. Thanks again for hosting us!

Excellent stay in this charming seaside resort. The accommodation is ideally located close to the sea and all shops, in a quiet street. The accommodation is a quality renovation where everything has been very well thought out (storage, recent equipment, numerous and quality dishes and kitchen utensils). The garden is also well equipped with the small terrace and further on, the pergola and its dining area. We recommend it.

Excellent stay in Arnaud's apartment. Very well received by Fadia. The location is perfect for going to La Rochelle in 10 minutes on foot by the sea.

Welcoming and responsive hostess Well equipped and clean apartment 2 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to the center Right in front of an aquatic center (and its parking lot!!) I recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.

Well, what can I say, Arnaud's accommodation is just perfect for La Rochelle!

Mathieu welcomed us in person. He was very friendly and his explanations were very clear. The accommodation is very pleasant and especially extremely well located, in the heart of La Rochelle, in the pedestrian streets. In short, everything was perfect.
