Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fox e Sali-Monte Agumu

Casina davvero graziosa con una vista splendida sul mare. Davvero vista spettacolare! La casa era confortevole e comoda alle spiagge della zona. Ottima per la nostra mini vacanzina. Grazie Matteo e grazie ai tuoi genitori per la gentilezza.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Start in den Urlaub in Raffaelas Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation vorab lief problemlos. Wir wurden zum Empfang herzlich mit einem unglaublich köstlichen Wein beschenkt. Die gesamte Anlage ist seht gepflegt und sauber, die Austattung umfangreich und in sehr gutem Zustand, sodass wir jeden Abend kochen konnten. Raffaela denkt an alles, vom Spülschwamm bis zum Conditioner, im Prinzip hätten wir ohne jede Ausstattung anreisen können. Auch für einen Strandbesuch ist alles vor Ort (Sonnenschirm etc.) Ich habe noch nie so eine gut ausgrstattete Unterkunft erlebt, in der ich mich sofort Zuhause gefühlt habe. Am Anwesen hat man seine absolute Ruhe und ist trotzdem in wenigen Autominuten am Strand, hat Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Unbedingt die leckeren Feigen in Chia verkosten, die auch an Obstständen verkuauft werden.

Wir haben vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out jeden Moment genossen. Charmant eingerichtet, Lavazza Kaffemaschine, ausreichend Platz für bis zu 5 Personen, bequeme Betten und Kissen, gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 Badezimmer sowie eine Terrasse die es so wohl nur selten gibt - perfekt nach Westen ausgerichtet für Sonnenuntergänge der Extra-Klasse. Wer das nicht einmal in seinem Leben geniessen kann. hat etwas verpasst. Der Empfang durch Carlo war herzlich, selbst am sehr späten Abend (wir sind erst kurz vor Mitternacht eingetroffen). Die Gegend ist ein Traum, im Norden die touristisch noch nicht überloffene Costa Verde, im Süden beste Kite-Spots (Punta Trettu) und rundherum historische Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir (1 x Vater + 3 x Kids) können diese Unterkunft bedingungslos weiterempfehlen und werden hoffentlich wieder mal hier Gast sein dürfen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich toll. Der Strand selbst ist auch wunderschön! Enrico ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir nicht vergessen werden.

Leuk huisje met alle benodigdheden, traditioneel maar met genoeg luxe. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd ook al kwamen we laat aan, en kregen veel uitleg over huis en omgeving. De rest van de week waren de eigenaars er niet, maar anders woont madre in het souterrain, en ze heeft haar eigen tuin. Vooral de grote tuin met bloemen en veel plaatsen om te zitten vonden we prachtig. Er liepen vaak lieve katten rond, heel gezellig. Het was er ongelooflijk stil ‘s nachts. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen om de vele strandjes te ontdekken, heel handig. Op veel plekken waren al strandtentjes open, ook al was het nog voorseizoen. Een wat grotere supermarkt is een kwartiertje rijden. De wandeling langs de kust over de oude Romeinse weg is een aanrader.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön eingerichtet, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders angenehm war der private Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht hat. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal, um dem Trubel des Alltags zu entfliehen – perfekt für Stadtmenschen, die sich nach einer Auszeit sehnen. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hygienisch, vom Wohnraum bis hin zum großzügigen, liebevoll gestalteten Garten. Ein großes Plus sind die mit Fliegengittern ausgestatteten Fenster, durch die man die Ruhe genießen kann, ohne sich über Insekten Gedanken machen zu müssen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft wärmstens und mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich :) Es war sehr nett, dass Vanessa und Vittoria es möglich gemacht haben, dass wir, nach der langen Anfahrt, früher ins Haus konnten . Lieben Dank nochmal dafür :) Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet :) und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar. Wir haben es genossen, fernab vom Trubel die Abende auf der Terrasse zu verbringen. Durch die die Bäume und die Pflanzen im Garten herrscht ein angenehmes Klima am Haus. Der Ort ist perfekt für Ausflüge :) man kommt mit dem Auto gut an die schönsten Strände! Wir können das Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa jedem empfehlen!!!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Sheila per 4 notti: siamo arrivati in ritardo con l'aereo e Sheila ci ha accolti benissimo nonostante la tarda ora. L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione e le foto, molto ben pulito e ordinato. Il parcheggio è facile da trovare, abbiamo sempre parcheggiato nella via di casa o in una parallela a un minuto a piedi. Intorno alla casa ci sono vari alimentari, supermercati e tutto ciò che può essere necessario è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Sheila ci ha fornito anche un lettino e un seggiolone per il bimbo e anche un gioco per intrattenerlo. Che dire? Sicuramente torneremo a trovarti Sheila!

Paolo war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns super herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern für zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Es hat von Anfang bis Ende alles gepasst: der Ausblick auf die Bucht war gigantisch, die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Fabio hat uns immer schnell zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Fußläufig konnte man verschiedene Strände erreichen, wenn es auch ein steiler Berg ist, auf dem die Unterkunft liegt (dafür der Ausblick). Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Gute Lage der Unterkunft sehr zentral am oberen Teil der Stadt. Fußläufig kann man alles erreichen. Unterkunft ist in einer kleinen Gasse, daher gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer Fenster, erwartet also keine schöne Aussicht. Für einen kurzen Trip um die Stadt zu erkunden ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Längere Aufenthalte würde ich auf Grund der Lage und Fehlenden Fenster im Bad nicht empfehlen.

Sehr nette Unterkunft, von der aus das Meer in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Lage im Feriendorf ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön, inmitten von Pinien, aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, was jedoch bereits bei Buchung bekannt war (Parkmöglichkeiten zur Genüge vorhanden). Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspüler) und die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns nicht groß gestört (Aufenthalt Anfang Juni) Würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hervorragend gefallen. Ein Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt. Empfehlenswert ist der kleine und nahe liegende Ort Pula. Wunderschöne und charmante italienische Atmosphäre!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

La maison est confortable et dispose de tout pour faire à manger et passer 10 jours en famille comme nous l'avons fait avec mes beaux-parents et mon bébé de deux mois. Maria Elena est super réactive et serviable, toutes ses instructions d'arrivée et de départ étaient claires et si nous avions des questions elle répondait super rapidement. La magnifique vue est identique à la photo. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement! Attention toutefois une voiture est nécessaire et il n'y a pas grand chose à part un market de dépanne à proximité et un petit restaurant. en contrepartie on bénéficie du silence et de la nature, dont le jardin de la maison qui est très agréable. Il y a également des parasols et linge de plage à disposition dans la maison.

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!
