Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

I want to start by saying Dorata and Luigi were easily contactable and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available. They were also very communicative on what events were occurring in the city and surrounding communities. We stayed in the beautiful home for 2 months. It’s rather spacious with a lovely backyard. We are two women in our early twenties and have not once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the home/ surrounding area. The neighbors/ neighborhood is full of kind, wealthy people. The home is located by a 7 minute walk from the main street where you can also find the nearest bus stop. It leads up mountain which can be increasingly inclined but was manageable. The home is securely gated and is connected to a smaller apartment style home. There was one week where a family of 4 stayed in the adjoining apartment home but there wasn’t a moment where our privacy felt shared.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

Barbara's accommodation offers perfect comfort. Bedding, decoration, access, supplies... Everything is perfect. Barbara is also very kind, responsive and accommodating. I would 100% recommend!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Massimo welcomed us in an excellent way, the apartment is great, there are all the necessary services, we even found the essentials already available such as coffee, dishwashing and washing machine detergents, oil, etc. even fresh water in the fridge, a small but much appreciated detail! Great experience and super price! Highly recommended!!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-equipped, and just as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful – we felt welcome right away. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a pleasant stay at Simone's. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and identical to the description. The outdoor setting with swimming pool and garden are appreciable. The neighborhood is quiet. A peaceful place to rest and unwind. Simone is a great host. He is very responsive and attentive. He advised us well on the beaches where to swim. He's also very generous. He offered us vegetables and he offered us a pizza evening. We had a great time with the other guests. We recommend it!

The property was exactly as described and we appreciated the space and ease of getting in and out of town on the bus. Genny was very helpful getting us to a local pizza restaurant on the first night which was excellent. She also showed us how to download the local bus app which we used all the time to get around town. We really enjoyed out stay.

Raffaella is really an absolutely great hostess! She showed us an incredible number of beaches and places that would not be in any travel guide or similar, so real tips from a person who knows the island inside and out. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Cagliari, but by buses and taxis (or a car) the distance is not a problem. The accommodation really offers everything, from a laundry room (which you definitely need after the beach days) to the smallest things (such as a hairdryer, newly packaged nail scissors, etc.) We felt super comfortable with her and also found it particularly nice that she wanted to say goodbye to us personally before we left. All in all it was a wonderful stay in Sardinia.

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. The house is lovely and the view amazing! Stefano was very kind and helped us with everything. Totally recommended!

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

The perfect Sardinian Home from Home. A great location with a supermarket and Bar directly opposite, plenty of parking and a short walk from the Marina. The house had everything we could need for a weeks stay and we felt at home immediately. Martina was a great host who showed us around at check in and was available if needed, she was flexible with us after flight delays meant we arrived later than expected

We spent a week as a family with four kids at the house. It was spotless clean, very well maintained and equipped. It’s a very modern, newly furnished villa. The interior has been designed very beautifully with a lot of attention for detail. The kitchen has been equipped very thoughtfully and with everything that you need, from different wine glasses too barista corner with offered all different type of coffee options. It was also very nice and helpful, that when we arrived there was an initial food and beverage packets including a bottle of wine, prosecco and bear. The beach is very close and beautiful and perfect to relax and spend a day on the beach even with little kids. At the villa you have everything that you need for a day at the beach, sun chairs and sun umbrellas on a small carrier to take it easily to the beach and it even has two SUPs you can take. The owners were very responsive and helped us with recommendations. We can only recommend the villa.

Great! Michaela is a great host, very friendly and recommended and booked many great restaurants for us. Great service! Your answers always came very quickly, so the communication was great. The house is very nice, spacious, well and stylishly equipped, extremely clean and the garden is large and well maintained. There is always a cozy shady spot, even when it is hot outside. The house was also ideal with our 2-year-old daughter. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, where there is an umbrella and deck chairs to use. The beach and the water are very beautiful and there are few people, which is another advantage. We can 100% recommend! Thank you Michaela for this beautiful place 🙏🥰
