Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history and art of the native people. On the pedestrian promenade you can walk enjoying the view of the Sella del Diavolo or do sports. The numerous clubs on the beach offer good music, dancing and local culinary specialites. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a seaview terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and relax with stunning sunset everyday. In the garden we have a big private pool (6×12mt), a BBQ, toys for kids, parking area. At the graundfloor there is a playroom. Make your stay unforgettable!

My place is close to the sea, close to art, culture and beautiful beaches, you will like it for its intimacy and location and is suitable for couples because it is equipped with three air conditioners, thus creating total privacy. In the house you will find two kayaks, 4 seats by the sea with beach beds, a chest with masks, fins and games, umbrellas, beach towels and a portable cooler for your beach days. There is also the possibility of organizing daily trips with a sailboat.
