While the delightful downtown of Gig Harbor and the beautiful Puget Sound are just a few minutes away, this location is great and convenient for exploring the South Sound area of Washington State. The apartment suite is a dedicated space in the brightly lit daylight basement of our home with its own parking and private entry. The neighborhood is well established with lovely, well cared for homes and beautiful surroundings.

The historic house has plenty of room to spread out and, comfortable spaces to gather together. Launch your kayaks (provided) from the private beach or dock, then paddle around and explore Filucy Bay. For fine dining (or just great, casual food), visit nearby Gig Harbor or stay and cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

Enjoy our fresh eggs, pet our animals, walk among our fruit trees and enjoy quiet evenings by the fire pit. Located 15-20 minutes from Tacoma and about 45 minute from Seattle (without traffic), Gig Harbor is a wonderful place for a family vacation, restful getaway, or a longer-term stay.

Come to Fox Lodge to enjoy a tranquil stay where you can relax, refresh and restore your soul. Enjoy an apartment with its own private entrance, barbecue, hot tub, wood burning fire pit, and backyard. Fox Lodge has a heated pool (May - September) putting green, waterfall, gas fire table, fountains, swing, and lawn games. Up to 2 small pups (under 50 lbs.) are welcome.
