Great staff and place

We had a super relaxing and enjoyable stay, the house was very clean, he was always very clear with all the house instructions, the costs and the kindness, not to mention. The host was attentive even from the questions about the house, the reservation and the stay. The boiler is well worth it and the outdoor facilities are in very good condition. Honestly, I don't know why it has the bad reviews, but I personally disapprove of them. I would love to come back and have another pleasant time at the house, and again, thank you very much to the host for his attention and for lending us his home for a family weekend

Excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as they were shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My dog was very happy and there's plenty of room to walk around the designated areas.

Excellent attention from the hosts , there were some inconveniences, but they helped us fix them quickly, we had a very pleasant time, we returned to the first opportunity.

Casa Gabriela is a wonderful haven of art and nature! It has several super interesting spaces to go with your family and spend incredible moments. The subdivision is a very safe place, you can go for a walk at any time and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Gabriela and the service staff were always on the lookout for any requests.

We would definitely return, the place is quiet, the houses have excellent space and impeccable cleanliness. Ale was always attentive and aware of our needs. We had an amazing time, I 100% recommend the place.

The house is very nice and the spaces are very spacious, as shown in the photos. It is very clean and equipped, it has everything you need to feel at home and spend a few very pleasant and comfortable days. I really liked that each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, which makes the stay much better for everyone. The palapa space is very nice and comes with everything you need to cook there too. It wasn't very hot, so the pool didn't get very warm, however, the water was nice until about 5 or 6 pm. Maria Aurora is very attentive and the attention that Almendra provides is exceptional, she is very nice and helps you at all times. We only had one issue with one of the bathrooms in the bungalow's bedrooms, because it was very difficult to flush it, the button got stuck, other than that our stay was excellent, thank you very much for everything.

Regarding the accommodation, it was very comfortable, the rooms and the bathroom were clean, the pool was clean and the water was warm, in fact we were able to put our 8-month-old baby in. They respected our privacy even though at times there were more people, who were kind at the time, as well as the people who take care of the cleaning. The dogs are locked up, they don't seem to be aggressive, the only thing is that at night they bark a lot and don't allow a total rest, although maybe they are there to provide greater security. In conclusion the house has everything you need to feel comfortable, it is clean, it is safe, as well as the area looks quiet, however at nights the heat of the day is a little enclosed and the fans are insufficient to be able to cool and the noise of the dogs does not allow you to have a total rest.

The house is very nice, better than in pictures. The beautiful garden, the warm and nice pool, the unbeatable roast area and the house really comfortable with everything you need and more, I loved the kitchen! My family and I had a great time. In addition to the house is wonderful, the great plus are Lulu and Alejandro, they help you in everything, they keep everything tidy and clean, they are aware of anything you need, they are very friendly. You feel at home and relax. I definitely recommend it, one of the best houses in Cuernavaca.

The very quiet suburb, the house spacious and clean. Upon arrival they did not give us access to the entrance of the subdivision due to a communication error and we had to wait but send messages to Luz and her husband contacted me and the solution was given. Mrs. Laura, who takes care of and cleans the property was very kind at all times. Some bathrooms need maintenance but it is minimal.

Ana was always very attentive to any need. The place is just as shown in the pictures. We'll go again!

everything excellent!! the house and service was very good!. the only comment is that to heat up the jacuzzi every time you were charged 1,500, I think it's a little high the cost... thank you for everything and I recommend one hundred!

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

The place corresponds 100% to the photos posted on the platform. The site is ideal if you are looking for tranquility and spending a few days resting or visiting places near the area. The host was always quick and kind. The pool was mostly alone most of the time so we could enjoy it most of the time. Without a doubt this site will be my first choice when I return to Cuernavaca.

I had an event with friends, the place and amenities it has were an essential part of one of the best experiences we've had as a group. We're definitely going back another time.
