Located in a quiet residence less than 5 minutes from the RN88/A47 exits, towards Le Puy en Velay/Lyon, close to Saint Etienne, shops, public transport, at the gates of the Pilat Regional Natural Park. The apartment, with a total area of 36 m2, is carefully arranged and maintained. It is a peaceful haven conducive to cocooning and rest. Its 30 m2 semi-covered rooftop terrace is as much appreciated in summer as in winter, it will allow you to enjoy sunny moments.

Come and discover the tranquility of this chalet it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very accessible and comfortable by the edge of a small stream. It will be very pleasant. Several activities like the spa directly on the terrace at the price of €15 or a boat trip on the Loire at the price of €70 is offered to you. Towel and sheets provided, 2 nights min Close to Saint Etienne (15 min), Puy en Velay (45 min), Lyon (1h).
