Monthly Rentals in Franklin Canyon Reservoir

This place was everything an Airbnb should be. I was in constant contact with the host who always checked on me to make sure i was okay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe behind the gate of the home. The projector was amazing with tons and tons of options on the firestick. Easy to order food and amazon packages. I would stay here again any day. I was honestly sad to leave after my month was up. I will always remember this cute little place as a staple that contributed to my settling in LA! THEE perfect place!!

Kevin’s place is super cozy. I love the cozy couch and firm mattress and the proximity and walking distance. I love to cook so could have used a few more utensil but if you convey to kevin and it’s reasonable he’s someone who wants to make sure your well taken care of. It’s been a pleasure and I look forward to staying in the future. One last note there is a shared wall so you may hear people from time to time but everyone is nice and chill . Great experience

This is our new go-to Airbnb for when we travel to Los Angeles! Andrew was so helpful and a truly wonderful host. The place was awesome. The home was extremely comfortable, has everything you need, plentiful street parking (never had an issue finding parking), and the location was superb. Can’t wait to come back.
