One bedroom unit, with fresh paint and new carpet in the bedroom. There is a queen size bed, nightstand, desk, and small closet. There is a spacious bathroom, new shower only, (no bathtub). Clean fresh linens, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is basic with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items provided. Coffeemaker. The living room has couch (not a sofa bed), chair tables and TV with local antennae, amazon stick.

Great spot and great host. David was most welcoming, hospitable and gracious as a host. The room was very comfortable and clean with great amenities. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. We had a great stay and felt like we were visiting good friends. His morning scones were top notch too! Definitely would return if we were in the area.

For those complaining about the dog: just follow the instructions provided by the host and he gets to be your best friend in no time. Host was very responsive to inquiries. The only complaint(?) I really have is that the bed was rather small (twin). If you can overlook that, your stay will be just fine.
