Spacious loft with designer finishes and luxury amenities! This Carriage home, or apartment above a garage, is a 1 bedroom and 1 lofted bed apartment. The original carriage house collapsed and the owner spent the summer of 2020 rebuilding it from the remaining bricks up. He made much of the furniture and decor himself out of the old roof rafters; an ode to the history! This apartment boasts a full kitchen that's open to the living room, full bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer! The private bedroom has a king size bed, small dresser, and full closet with shelf —in case you're staying longer than just a few days. The second sleeping area is a lofted space that is *only accessible via a ladder* over the kitchen in the main living space. It's got a queen size bed, plenty of pillows, and comfy bedding. The main space has a large deep leather sofa, sitting chair, cozy area rug, and giant smart TV. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, glassware, and everything you should need to cook in or reheat any of the delicious food you picked up while out walking along High St.! If you need to stay in one of Columbus' most desirable downtown neighborhoods, you'll love this home! Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis.
