Holiday rentals with a patio in Franklin D Roosevelt Lake

Clean unit and very convenient location in downtown Chewelah. Easy access to 49 Degrees North Ski area.

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

The rental was immaculately clean. The pictures don't really do it justice, it feels much homier with so many lovely touches that don't show up in the pictures. The outside patio was so nice with comfortable seating and a beautiful forest view. We did find it a little difficult to find with our google maps, it said we were at our destination but we weren't. When we phoned Gordon he answered immediately and let us know to just drive a little further up the road. The only negative I could mention would be the distance to Osoyoos, it is a 15 minute drive from town but the positive to that is the unbelievable views going up the mountain. We would definitely recommend this rental.

It was beautifully located and the r accommodations were as described.

This was a beautiful location for getting away from the city life! We heard frogs at night and watched the stars from the covered patio. Our host was quick to respond and answered all of our questions to ensure our stay was perfect. We were supplied with all the extras we could need - pillows, blankets, towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a wonderful selection of board games ans movies! Instructions were very clear and we were provided with a list of local spots to check out as well :) Thank you for letting us stay! We cant wait to come back.

The space was perfect! Katlyn has a large working space that made it easy for me to work during my stay and the space is roomy and quiet.

Would definitely stay again, i was worried about not having AC as i stay hot most of the time but its setup well and i was comfortable all weekend even when temps hit close to 90. I didnt meet Kristen but met her husband Brad and he's a good guy, i was happy to stay here

This was our 3rd stay at Dave’s and we look forward to more as we have family in town. Dave is an excellent host who works hard to make sure you have everything you need while staying at his place. He has always been helpful and kind to us. He’s like family to us now. The Airbnb is so comfortable and perfect for our family to be together. Our grandkids love coming here. Everything on site that is needed for a peaceful relaxing time. Fully equipped kitchen, extra towels and linen, very comfortable and versatile sleeping spaces. Extra clean ! Saw deer families and flocks of wild turkeys while enjoying coffee in the mornings. Lovely easy hikes through interesting terrain.

This little home tucked right in the heart of chewelah was perfect for our family of three. Our 3 year old son loved the bunk bed, being it was his first time in one. Every thing is Very nice and well kept! Has a large back yard for enjoying the cool summer nights. Best part is you are just a short walk from town and its beautiful scenery. Needless to say we will stay here again. Thank you Francine & Justin for making us feel at home away from home!

This is a great house for families with young kids - the play area downstairs was perfect. The kitchen was also well-equipped for family meals. We enjoyed being in the Perry neighborhood close to Spokane attractions. Tara was very responsive. The only disappointing thing was how neglected the yard was - badly in need of mowing and weeding.

Everything about the experience was phenomenal. No complaints, everyone in the party had an excellent time. Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay at Cal's place. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms had good amenities. The hot tub was a great bonus. I would recommend this place.

Lovely home with every amenity you could need! Special touches made us feel very comfortable. Very well maintained property! The only thing missing was a full length mirror!😅

Our only trouble was understanding which building and unit number we were in, but Angela was super responsive and helpful. once we figured it out, getting in was easy and the place was great.

This was our first trip to Osoyoos, and we were not disappointed. Our booked accommodation was exactly as expected with no surprises; we felt the unit was well maintained and nicely appointed with everything needed. We think the location is great with a very nice private access beach area with grass and shade just across the street.

We enjoyed our stay in Spokane. We loved our morning walks through the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed walking for coffee in the mornings and dinner in the evenings. The location was great with easy access to the highway and airport.

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to osoyoos. The condo was clean and welcoming upon check in and the location is close to restaurants and entertainment. It’s located right across from the lake and had beautiful sunsets! I would most definitely stay here again!!

Luke was extremely helpful and accommodating. He kindly offered us an earlier check-in, as the place was ready the day before—a gesture we truly appreciated that made us feel very welcomed. The hot tub was superb and easy to use, and the Nescafé coffee machine was well-stocked with a great variety of coffee pods. The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Luke!

Place was as listed. Clean, updated interior, comfortable. host was accommodating. Parking was a little annoying. Road out front quite busy during the day. No issue sleeping traffic calmed down at night.
