Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Fraser

This was our second stay at Desiree’s beautiful Airbnb, and we hope to return again and again. It is indeed a very dog-friendly place to chill with the fur baby, but it also is clean and comfy for us humans. We love being able to sit by the river, or watch tv while our dog runs in and out the doggie door to enjoy “her” huge fenced-in backyard. We’ve not had a single issue with anything - the beds are comfy and Desiree provides all the thoughtful amenities. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Great location facing the lake. Very convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is very spacious and well furnished. Family room and kitchen area had gorgeous views, had everything to cook a meal or two, and then entertain at the same time. The lake being frozen was not unexpected. Someone who never seen it, ours guests found it very entertaining to walk on the frozen lake. We saw a Fox lurking around the house, and dozens of Elk grazing 2-3 miles away from this place along the highway. Watch out for them, park safely on the road side and take great pictures!!!

Absolutely breathtaking. As a person that lives in the city most of the time this is the perfect getaway. The sounds of the river drowned out all previous stress and it’s full of fish as well. Will be coming back and I am thankful for the owner being super communicative. Very happy.

This place was very peaceful and enjoyable to stay in. The mountain road up was a fun drive with quite a bit of wildlife to see! Would recommend!

One of the most well equipped and luxurious stays we've had! There are small touches throughout that make it seem like the host thought through everything we might need. Convenient location in a beautiful place.

We had a lovely stay. The place was in amazing condition. Exceptionally clean. Comfy beds and ample space.

This stay was so lovely! We enjoyed sitting next to Clear Creek and watching all the rafters pass by. The proximity to Idaho Springs gave a lot of opportunities to explore. Beth was also very communicative before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend the stay to others!

The place was great! A bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. Lots of room and the hot tub was a hit. Mike was very responsive. We will be back next time we ski.

My family and I had a great stay at Rachel's place in Winter Park. It was very clean and comfortable. You can walk to restaurants (Hernando's pizza is our local favorite!) coffee shops and local trails. Not to mention you are right by a local bus stop. Having the ability to use the pool and fitness area was great too. This is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo! The mountain biking trails were fantastic, offering amazing rides, and the weather was ideal with a few refreshing sprinkles of rain. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning and we loved taking it all in. We were also really impressed with the well-equipped kitchen – it had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

The unit was great! We had everything that we needed and more. Unit was close to everything and very convenient. Very spacious and plenty of room. The only slightly negative thing that we can say is that Winter Park Escapes offered free or discounted experiences/activities through their partner, XPlorie, that we were never able to utilize. The site that they use, Xplorie, did not work and any phone calls to them went unanswered. We tried over many days but still had no luck.

Mayra and Bill were great hosts. Not only is the place exactly as listed, but the hosts were super helpful! They were very responsive and helped me figure out a few things. The place is inviting, comfortable and has all that you would need for a long stay. We were there for a month and it was a wonderful place to be. I loved walking my dog around the area, and there is a path that takes you down to the Fraser River. I highly recommend this airbnb!

Beautiful studio in a great location. Just 25 mins from Grand Lake and RMNP. The studio is well equipped and very clean. The amenities at the lodge are great, we particularly enjoyed using the gym. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

the condo was perfect for a ski weekend getaway with our pup. very thoughtfully decorated with high quality kitchen pans, remodeled bathrooms and supportive mattress. we'd love to stay again

This was a great place. Right by the stream. And the community was great too. Lots of shops right near the place. And everything you need is available at the cabin. Just be aware of the size, it’s a little smaller than what you’d see in the photos. But it’s clean and really well maintained. Definitely recommend with the amazing views from the balcony.

I purchased this stay as a gift for my grandson. He thanked me over and over again and had a wonderful, relaxing time at Kammie's condo.

Masum did a great job communicating with me. His place was very clean with beautiful views. We loved going in to Fraser and enjoyed Tabernash Tavern.

We stayed for a month at Mallory’s place and it was the perfect home away from home. We were able to work from home with the high speed WiFi, cooked plenty of dinners with groceries from the Safeway nearby, relaxed in the hot tub, and accessed Winter Park ski resort (short drive or a 5-7 min walk to bus stop). We also were able to have our pup with us, which was a huge plus. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Third time staying here. Great amenities. Great location. Love the ability to bring my dog with me to the mountains. Convenient location near a shuttle stop so no problem getting to ski mountain. All the amenities you need. I especially enjoyed having two full bathrooms, laundry, a balcony, and a garage for parking.

This place was better equipped than any place we’ve been. So considerate to have spices, tea kettle, plenty of cooking pans and utensils, foil, plastic bags, plenty of trash bags, soap, paper towels, tissues, etc. The floor plan is open and allows for a great family gathering. We had all of our meals at the home. Playtime in the living room and nearby open field with the grandkids was delightful. We were able to enjoy the large TV and beautiful fireplace in the evenings. Erin was so welcoming, we would definitely pick this location again for our next stay in Fraser.

Had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, the house was clean, and it had a warm, cozy feel. We especially loved the indoor fireplace, the private hot tub, and that ridiculously comfy reclining chair. It quickly became the most coveted seat in the house. The only complaint was that there wasn’t any body wash/shower soap provided, but that was easy to work around. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d absolutely stay here again!

The views from the balcony were exactly like the pictures, breathtaking and beautiful. Located between Fraser and Winter Park it was the perfect spot for our mini vacation. We loved sitting on the balcony in the hot tub after hiking all day. In other words, the perfect getaway with amazing views and lots of room for everyone.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.
